At the top of this funky little staircase you will find a true gem. This tired traveler embraced this apartment with something like fervor. This is very intimate and homey; Charline met me at the door, demonstrated every feature of the apartment, and then took me on a walk to show me where all the cool restaurants were. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences of all time. If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you…But for me, the beauty and deliciousness of this visit more than makes up for the lack of Wi-Fi.

The place is naughty, super clean, functional and very well located. Tastefully decorated and, little more, it smells very good. The environment is quiet and the accommodation is close to all amenities. Nicolas is very nice, welcoming, responsive and accepted that we would come with our dog. Rental totally as advertised. The exceptional view from the apartment makes all the difference, getting up with ocean views and watching the sunset every night, just amazing. What to say about the sound of the waves! The apartment is also very well decorated. Great stay.

My wife and I just stayed at Pierre's place for 3 nights, and it was fantastic. His place is a 2-minute walk (if that) to the supermarket, which sells everything you need and great (cheap) Bordeaux wine. There are lots of breakfast places just past the supermarket also which are also great. Pierre gave us lots of suggestions for dining, markets, things to do which were very much appreciated and a nice touch! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND his place if you're in Bordeaux! (OH YEAH - THE BED IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED WE'VE EVER SLEPT ON - BAR NONE!!)

Very functional and very quiet apartment. It's very functional. Bus line 15 is 5 minutes away and Saint Jean train station (tram C) is a 15-minute walk. The private parking space is an undeniable asset. And finally, Jerome is a responsive and very friendly host.

Cozy, comfortable, functional and very well equipped apartment. The host is welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is 2 steps from the center, the parking space is very convenient. We had a lovely stay and will be back without hesitation. Recommended.
