We were very satisfied, the accommodation (house) was extremely clean and well maintained and the residential complex quiet; the house was very easy to find, parking right in front of the entrance. Ivan was very friendly, gave us a good recommendation for beaches and immediately explained the technology in the house. We would come back.

We had a lovely stay at this charming house. Although we didn’t meet Lazaro in person, he was a thoughtful and generous host — he left us drinks and some chocolate to welcome us, which was such a nice surprise to find when we arrived in the evening. As many others have mentioned, the highlight of the property is definitely the beautiful patio. The surrounding plants are well cared for, and the whole space has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere — perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or an evening wind-down, sheltered from the strong wind that is often present on the island. The house itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil place to stay!

My partner and I have just returned from 6 nights at No. 12 Lanzarote Villas Marina Volcan Playa Blanca and wished we had booked for longer. We could not fault the villa. It was very modern inside, not cluttered with furniture but had everything that we needed and was very clean. The pool was a really good size although it wasn't heated! To get to the Marina you just walk up the path turn left and over the road and then follow the path down to the Marina which took about 5 minutes where there are plenty of restaurants and a shop that sells everything. It was a lovely time of year to visit as it wasn't overly busy and the temperature was 22/23 degrees with a slight wind which made it really comfortable to sit in. The only problem we had was on our second day the family next door were playing very loud music but I messaged Oliver who quickly resolved the matter for us. We will definitely return.

In one word: Perfect! One of the best AirBnB experiences we've ever had. Perfectly clean, fragrant sheets/towels, superbly equipped, many helpful details and lovingly selected products as a thoughtful touch. It is absolutely quiet in the house, it is quite secluded, accessible via an easily drivable slope. The highlight is clearly the heated pool. Thanks to the fencing, it is private and also sheltered from the wind. Wonderful! We enjoyed it very much - also thanks to Maria, who is literally a superhost.
