Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Salento

We were here a year ago and we were really looking forward to coming back. It is really the ideal place to find peace and quiet, and is located just a few blocks from downtown Salento. The atmosphere here is lovely, and I will definitely always recommend this place. We hope to return soon and enjoy all that it has to offer again!

Well located place, a few meters from the center. The main problem is the noise that comes with it. Either bring plugs for the ears or go out all night! Also earlybin the morning the willy jeeps and motorcycles pass by. Very noisy, especially for the 2 front bedrooms. Apart from that the place is good. We didn’t use the kitchen. Hot water for the showers! We were 12 and still there was room for more. Not so much of a place to sit and chill, but that’s what the town is for!

Everything was wonderful! The house was very clean and spacious, backyard was great, and the location was perfect. It is very walkable to the square and restaurants. Jamie was a great host and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. Would highly recommend!!

This Airbnb was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities exactly as described. The space was cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect place to relax. The host was incredibly communicative, responding quickly to all our questions and even arranging a shuttle from the bus station, which made our arrival so much smoother. When I mentioned I wasn’t feeling well, she kindly offered to help, which was truly appreciated. Javier, the housekeeper, was fantastic—always friendly, available, and willing to assist with anything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the hot water worked perfectly, and the balcony was a wonderful spot to unwind with a great view. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We felt so welcome and comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay—would absolutely book again!

This was our first time in Salento. The apartment was perfect for us, the views are amazing. Everything we needed was available to us, the kitchen was the best stocked I’ve seen in any Air BnB. The wireless was fast and the location is near the town square!

Beyond expectation. Super nice cozy 2b1b perfect for two friends traveling. Diego was very responsive and friendly— local recommendations were a big help! Will definitely come back❤️

The house is very nice and clean, the only memory is the TVs in the rooms.

Mariana’s home was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. I highly recommend you stay here and experience this gem. I also want to say that Erika made the visit even more enjoyable and was available to us throughout the stay. She ensured the home stayed spotless!

Dean's apartment has a great location. Close to supermarket Carulla, restaurants, a cafe just next to the building and the megacable to go to downtown. I was with my wife and baby and size was OK. You will have everything you need in this apartment. Thank you Dean for hosting us again.

The property was as described. The administration was friendly and very responsive , place was clean, spacios and in perfect for families . Will definitely recommend any one this Villa.

Excellent place, as in the photos and description, Andres the person who takes care of the place very friendly and willing to collaborate in what is required.. the place total tranquility and privacy, perfect for a good rest, everything is very good!!

The place is super to be disconnected and quiet, the pool was always at our entire and exclusive disposal, the friendliness of Jennifer and Bella unbeatable, also black (the dog) became super friends with our dog, we had a great time.

The apartment has spacious and modern social areas, perfect for enjoying free time. Communication with Adriana is exceptionally smooth and efficient. Really, the comfort and well-being this place offers is unparalleled. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for a high quality residential experience. Without question, a choice that will exceed all expectations.

Very good place to stay, the reception person was very kind at all times, the place is just like the photographs, we found everything very clean, they collaborated on what we needed, it is a little noisy because they are building a building next door but it is bearable.

This house in Salento is very pretty and immersed in nature. Good position and great comforts (hammock, sauna, etc.). Super recommended!

Carlos was very helpful! He gave us super many good tips and even took us to the airport on the last day. The view from the Airbnb was very beautiful!

My husband and I rented this charming farmhouse near Salento for a month to share with family and friends. The house is quite large, with 3-5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and has an incredible view from the living room, principal bedroom and patio. The beds options are double and two twins. Sometimes it's too cold and there are mosquitos, spiders and scorpions, but that didn't effect us much because we had a little space heater and plug-in sonic bug repellers. The on-demand hot water works well, but you may have to turn on the hot in the sink to kick it on in the master bath. The hosts are friendly, helpful and speak English. They live next door, but are respectful of your privacy. We really enjoyed a guided nature walk on their grounds and drinking the coffee grown on site. We only had a car for part of the stay, and you can walk to the bus. It was a great stay, but the best part is the friendly smiling dog, Tinto. :D

María and her husband, excellent hosts, supremely attentive and helpful; they always kept us aware of the tourist plans we could make in the area, always attentive to our concerns or needs and the place is absolutely beautiful, it is a place I would definitely return to.

The host with a great willingness to service, inform and recommend!!! The Apartment located in a quiet place, but also close to what allowed walking around. The parking lot is nearby.
