Great location and stunning house. Rooms are huge and well equipped! Kitchen had all amenities! Housekeeper was extremely helpful! Best part about this property was the lemon tree plant right on the doorstep! Would 100% recommend and definitely visit again next time we’re in the local area. We had a wonderful stay in this charming little riad in the heart of Rabat's old town. The place is comfortable, family-friendly and peaceful, perfect for an authentic experience. The location is ideal: a 5-minute walk to the tram, and close to historical monuments such as the Kasbah of the Oudayas and the Hassan Tower. Simo was an exceptional host, very welcoming and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this riad to anyone looking to discover Rabat in an authentic setting. House in a good location, but outside disturbances to consider The house is in a great location, close to the seaside, which is very nice for walks. It is as described, clean, well maintained and very functional. However, some exterior elements can impact the quality of the stay: - The access street is in very poor condition, with many holes and bumps, which complicates traffic, especially at night or during rainy weather. - A construction site is just across the street, generating noise disturbances throughout the day, including Saturdays, which reduces tranquility and the use of outdoor spaces. - The presence of stray dogs on the street can also be a problem. It is best to remain cautious when going out, especially by bringing stones or a stick to keep them away if needed. Their barking and nighttime fights can create a sense of insecurity. A place to recommend knowingly

Fantastic and helpful hosts, needed a last minute place to stay when my original was not great. They got the home ready for us in literally hours and bent over backwards every step of the way. All around great service and support.

We had an incredible stay! The apartment was absolutely stunning and even more beautiful in person than the photos. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore. Our host was an excellent communicator and incredibly accommodating, allowing us to store our bags on our departure day. We would definitely return!

The villa is exceptional. Very large, very beautiful and the best part is the pool and the beach not too far away. We had a very pleasant stay.

The place is a gem. I chose this apartment because it’s an old French building and the architecture is so beautiful. The location is perfect if you don’t want to use the car. Highly recommend!

We had a great week, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, it is really very clean, nothing, but nothing to complain about. Secure residence with 24/7 caretaker. The location is perfect, the sea in front, many restaurants and shops nearby. Parking right in front of the home. Nisrine is very responsive and responds immediately. We'll come back for sure. Saad is a great host, Airbnb location in itself is just by the sea shore with great views. Saad is very responsive as a host, there was a little problem with the lock when we arrived but Saad fixed the issue quickly enough so we can get on with our holiday. Strongly recommend 💯
