He proactively reached out and helped us navigate a taxi strike on our arrival day, ensuring a smooth start to our trip. He personally welcomed us and shared thoughtful recommendations — every restaurant, whether off the beaten path or near the main sites, was exactly what we were looking for. Andreas went above and beyond by helping us make all our dinner reservations and making sure we felt completely taken care of by periodically checking in throughout our stay His apartment is immaculately clean, with a peaceful outdoor space where we enjoyed morning espresso and birdsongs — the perfect start to our days. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to see, but tucked away enough that it felt calm and relaxed. Great location! Walk to Plaka, and Monastiraki. Great restaurants and cafe and bars. Amazing view of the Acropolis! Highly recommend. I would stay there again!

I actually didn’t stay at this home but I contacted the host late one night from the US as my mom was finishing an unexpected trip to the hospital. My family was unable to turn to the island they were planning to be on and needed a place to stay and recover. The host responded extremely quickly and gave my family a place to crash when they were exhausted. We were sent the clear check-in info right away. My parents and kids said the place was awesome! My kids loved the lemonade that was provided. They all enjoyed how close they were too so many things!

We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏

Absolutely stunning. The view from the apartment is second to none, and looks even better in real life compared to the photos. Within walking distance of many great attractions and restaurants. Quick to reply. All in all superb experience.

The apartment is wonderful, spacious and has many more amenities than described. It is a house with everything you may need. It is also very peaceful with beautiful balconies. It is ideal also for families with toddlers, there is a nice park nearby. We had a great stay!

Sofias place was perfect for our family of 4. The listing was as described and it was helpful to have someone there on arrival to show us around the apartment and show us how to use things! The apartment is close to the metro and also to major sites in Athens. There’s an amazing coffee and pastry shop called Oliver’s not to far from their either. Lots of small markets to buy water from close by. Overall the listing was as described and cannot fault Sofias service or apartment. The only downside of the area was the noise. There is a large dog in the apt next door that barks most of the day and into the late hours of the night. Some other neighbours played very loud music one night that shook the room until late hours. Maybe bring some ear plugs due to outside noise.

Great host and flat that met all our requirements. Calm neighborhood and a walk distance to metro. A few good but cheap restaurants 5-10 minute walk distance

Eftihias apartment is really lovely, comfortable and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view of the Acropolis from the rooftop and within walking distance of everything. She left us a wonderful breakfast with lots of goodies also. She very kindly allowed us check in early and we would absolutely recommend staying in her apartment.

Truly the best view in Athens. I had such an incredible week at Xeni’s flat, it’s in a great neighbourhood, and it has such charm. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I wish I never had to leave! I fell in love with Athens. I never got to meet Xeni due to timing of my delayed flight but she was extremely understanding and had her friend meet me late at night. Much appreciated!

Very nice home. Thelma was always responsive and we had a wonderful time in Athens and her place was convenient for shops and food and we had taxis for our others locations. Close to the markets as well!

Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen in which everything was available that you need for cooking and to make coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would come back again and again! As a single note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, but you really walk up a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

A little slice of heaven in Greece! We had the most amazing stay at this villa just outside Athens. Travelling as two families (9 of us in total), we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place — quiet, spacious, and beautifully presented, it truly felt better than a home from home. The layout was exactly as described, with more than enough room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without ever feeling on top of each other. Every corner of the villa oozes peace and comfort — it really was our own private haven for the week. The hosts were fantastic — friendly, responsive, and always on hand to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We were genuinely sad to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A perfect Greek escape that gave us unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

We stayed 3 nights at the villa. The host was more than friendly, we communicated all the time and the responses were very fast. The place was amazing, absolutely same like the photos. We received full support with information for restaurants, restaurants what to do in our free time, even when we had problems booking restaurant the host went personally and booked a table for us. Also helped us with giving us contact of person who makes shuttles to Athens and the area. If we go to Athens again for sure will book the same place. The whole experience was 10/10!
