Vacation rentals with a patio in Salamanca

The place was very conveniently located, access to the metro and bus within 5 minutes. Very close to the center, we were able to visit Madrid on foot from the accommodation. Perfect for 4 people. We enjoyed our stay.

5 Stars! That’s really pretty much it. The location is close to everything you would want. La gran via, Mercado San Miguel, La cathedral, La plaza mayor, el parque del sol just to name some. If you need something in a pinch, you can find a little store at the corner and also El Corte Ingles at less than a 5 minute walk. There are all types of food options. We stayed 4 days and we weren’t even able to scratch off half the places we wanted to go to. As far as the unit itself, it is fully loaded with everything you need to stay in and unwind. Everything feels clean and fresh and modern. I highly recommend these hosts. They were great communicators and friendly. We hope to stay here in the future.

Great place to stay a few days in Madrid and an ideal location

We stayed here while attending a congress and it was super clean and comfortable. Nice decor too.... Thanks for hosting us! Only thing we would recommend is to install a new mattress on the single bed as it's very uncomfortable. We hope to be back :)

Very nice and comfortable place. Location according to us was very good. Close to metro station, about 3-5 min and you can reach city center in about 30-40 min. Free parking on the street but you gotta look for a space which is normal. I recommend!

Excellent location. Excellent communication with Jose, always available. Accurate description. The only flaw is the presence of some flies in the outdoor patio that can enter the house.

This is a great place. My colleague and I needed a location close enough to the university and this was perfect. We were a few minutes away from the bus station and then it was a 15 min bus ride. The apartment was excellent. I highly recommend this Airbnb. I would come back.

Family of five, we loved the apartment. The location is amazing. Everything is so close. There was construction going on nearby so that was a bit loud in the mornings, but only temporary I imagine. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, minutes from the subway and train, which allows you to get to know the city easily. The hosts are very friendly and attentive to guests, I would definitely come back.

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

Juan's place is really beautiful and 10 mins walk to the nearest metro, restaurant and bar. If you're looking for a private space with a beautiful garden this is the place to stay in Madrid.

Juan was responsive and helpful. The accommodation felt like a cosy cottage. Very pleasant stay.

Central apartment, close to cafeterias

Ideal accommodation for going to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house has everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easy for me to arrive a little earlier and store my suitcase until my train left. Thank you very much!

Maria is a charming & delightful host. Her place is light filled & tastefully decorated & we so enjoyed the green patio at the end of a hot day in Madrid. The bus stop was not even a minute, supermarkets within a 3 minute walk & we used the buses everyday. We liked the place so much, we booked it for another week, next week, this time with our cat. Kitchen had everything we required, including ground coffee for our immediate use. Everything was easily available, washer and outdoor drying. I wasn’t disturbed by the street noises. The area has a Brooklynesque vibe & I felt right at home. Building is very secure.

I would definitely go back!

Jose's place is great. There were 5 of us, and he had towels for everyone. He left us coffee capsules for breakfast, salt, oil, sugar, teas and infusions. Something that is appreciated. Good location, close to bus and subway stops. At night it is very quiet, you can rest. And Jose, very friendly. If you have any problems, you have his phone number to call him at any time. We have been at home. We look forward to returning soon.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Lucia was very kind to allow us an early check in as our flight reached in the early morning. She was very kind and supportive.
