Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Salamanca

Excellent host and beautiful ambience. Rosario was very helpful. Everything was just as we pictured. My partner and I enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

El lugar está muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario. Juan es muy atento y estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo de lo que necesitáramos.

Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

Sandra responde siempre pronto a las preguntas y María ayuda para lo que se necesita. El apartamento es cómo descrito. El metro está a 10 minutos. Hay un Carrefour a 5 mns para ls compras y la "Boulangerie" que hace un pan muy bueno.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bárbara’s place, the apartment had everything we needed and was extremely clean and welcoming upon arrival. It was great to have the outdoor space too, with tables & chairs and also sun loungers. We walked into the centre of Madrid each day and explored all the beautiful attractions, we did a walking tour and also a tuk tuk ride around the city. In the evenings we used an Uber to get to the centre where we enjoyed visiting many bars & restaurants. The pick up from the airport and the return all went smoothly, and it was great that Kevin met us at the apartment to run through things. Bárbara, Lluvia, Kevin & Carlos were all very responsive & helpful via their messages during our stay. We had a great stay at Bárbara’s place and Madrid was fantastic, would definitely recommend both to anyone looking for a city break.

Super logement proposé par Joanna. Idéalement situé à quelques pas du métro bus et bien équipé. Correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous avons bien été accueilli à notre arrivée. Nous gardons l’adresse pour un futur séjour sans problème.

The apartment is outside the city center, but very well connected—just a short walk to the metro. Huge bonus: it’s within walking distance of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The place was clean, comfortable, and having 1.5 bathrooms was a big plus. Also loved the convenience of having a supermarket in the same building.

This apartment was great for 6 of us on a girls trip to Madrid. The location was very walkable and close to metro stops so if we were going a little further, the metro was super easy. This location allowed us to see most of Madrid in our 3 days! We had a great time in Madrid and Clara was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and helping us set up taxis when we were leaving. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the terrace. I would stay here again!

Appartement très bien situé, proximité directe de la gare Chamartin (2min). L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel et agréable , la literie confortable . Je recommande à 100%.

Nous avons passé un mois et demi dans le bel appartement quasi neuf d’Aurelie et Nicolas avec nos enfants. Le logement est très agréable, parfaitement équipé, étincelant de propreté et l’accueil qui nous a été réservé était parfait! Merci de votre hospitalité et de nous avoir en plus prêté des jouets pour nos enfants!

Je recommande vivement ce logement à allure de loft. Une femme de ménage s’assure de la propreté entre chaque passage d’invités. L’appartement était impeccable. Un grand merci à Carlos pour sa réactivité et ses conseils. La lumière de la chambre principale peut réveiller à cause des volets pas assez occultants et nous sommes malheureusement venues lors de travaux mais cela n’enlève en rien l’emplacement adéquat du logement.

È stato un viaggio di università difficile e traumatico per tutti con l’ansia degli esami, tornando indietro la prenderemo con più serenità anche perché mi sa che a giugno torneremo tutti…è stato difficilissimo sostenere 7 esami in un giorno, ho visto poco di Madrid la prossima volta ci rifaremo. Desde el principio, el anfitrión ha sido claro con las instrucciones, he podido llegar muy bien y entrar en el alojamiento perfectamente. El piso es tal cual se muestra en las fotos, muy bonito y equipado con lo necesario. La zona está muy bien también: muchas cafeterías, restaurantes, varias estaciones de metro, el centro súper cerca... Lo único que podría decir es que no había champú ni cápsulas para la cafetera, pero todo lo demás está genial.

tl;dr: we had wonderful stay at Judith/Tamara's place, everything was just perfect. Longer version: the apartments are in a quiet and nice neighborhood, exactly as described and shown in the photos. They are clean and fully equipped with everything required for a family of four. Tamara met us upon arrival, provided step-by-step guidance, and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more.

Spent a long weekend at Elena's place and it was very nice. The location is good, metro just outside the door, very close to city center. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need, and a super comfy bed. There were amenities like coffee, olive oil, salt and so on, also shampoo and shower gel. Elena is very friendly and prompt to answer any questions. Ra was amazing at check in. Thank you both!

Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

The apartment is even better than the pictures! It is very spacious and had plenty of space for our group of 8 (two families). We enjoyed evenings on the spacious patio listening to the sounds of the city. The location cannot be beat - right in the middle of everything, an amazing base from which to explore the city.
