The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfy nice bed, a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a sunlit living room with smart TV. 3 bed rooms and 3 balconies. Perfect place to stay for couples/friends within short distance of some of the most beautiful sceneries in the city and famous landmarks. Sofa in the living room can also serve as an additional bed. Very quiet at night. Located on the 4th floor with elevator. The view is nice, enjoy sunset from the kitchen balcony is a nice experience.

House in the countryside very close to the sea, 10 min walk, with pool. This house offers a terrace with exceptional views of the countryside and the sea The heat is tempered by the breeze coming from the nearby sea as it is located at a height. You will be 32 km from Flamingo Golf Course and 48 km from ELJEM Amphitheater. Nearest airport is Monastir Habib Bourguiba International located 43 km from my house.

The apartment is 300 meters from the beach and 200 meters from the city center. We have installed a water supply system so that if the city turns off the water for the entire city due to the drought, the water supply remains guaranteed.

Villa Nila and Algia was built with love and a lot of attention to detail on the highest point of the Mahdia flat. From each terrace (one for each of the bedrooms) you can choose whether to admire the sea, the white houses of the fishing village or the expanse of olive trees that extend as far as the eye can see up to the horizon that every night will give you an unforgettable sunset.

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

The apartment is better than in the photos, modern, clean and well-equipped. The complex is very good also several pools as well as slides which is perfect for young and old, the person in charge of the apartment was especially friendly, smiling and very professional, if I am back in the area I will take this apartment back without hesitation.

An individual is paddling on a bright blue kayak over calm, clear waters. The horizon stretches into the distance, merging with a clear blue sky dotted with faint clouds. Sunlight reflects off the water's surface, enhancing the serene atmosphere of the beach.

The villa was more than what we expected! Personally , we were several members of the same family to stay there, so there were enough beds for each , huge rooms and rooms. The equipped kitchen is very large and beautiful . The pool and garden very well maintained and especially peaceful place where it's good to rest; Too bad we couldn't enjoy the pool this season!!! Hamdouch was very kind and helpful! Always attentive and available!!! We hope to repeat the experience as soon as possible because we had an extraordinary stay! Tunisians are exceptionally benevolent and kind!!!
