Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a home away from home. We felt more than comfortable in this fantastic house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a great relaxing time with the dog and everyone had a nice stress-free time without exception. We would come back anytime!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

The place was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, would gladly come again.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We (4 adults, 2 children) had a great time at Villa Latini. We didn't lack anything, the place is exactly as described. The amenities and furnishings are very tasteful. I would particularly like to praise the cleanliness. The pool is just the right size and always allowed for an interim refreshment. In addition, our offspring were able to refine their swimming skills again :-) The location is awesome - small village with lots of agriculture and fields around it. You have to be aware of that. Plenty of rest and relaxation. To Pula, Rovinj or to various beaches about 30 min by car. Matea and Drazen were very friendly and lovable hosts. Highlights include their own olive oil, which you can also taste - we stocked up on a few bottles ;-) If you like comfort and tranquility - and feel comfortable in rural life, this is the place to be. We'd love to come back...

Alba is the best host we had during our entire road trip through several European countries — and perhaps the best I’ve ever had on this platform. A big thank you — this will remain an unforgettable moment in our travel memories. Alba is a truly endearing person, very caring and attentive to her guests. The apartment was simply perfect for our needs. It matched the description, photos, and amenities exactly, and it’s ideally located, very close to Pula and the surrounding beaches. The pool is large, extremely pleasant, fully equipped, and directly accessible from the apartment — just a few steps away. We had a wonderful week at Celestina’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was lovely and refreshing. Rovinj is a beautiful town with loads of fantastic restaurants and it’s a good base for exploring Istria. We visited Pula, Vrsar, Montona, Bale and even Piran in Slovenia. Amarin beach is easily accessible by car and is a fab place to swim. Celestina was very warm and friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend!

Great place to stay in a house with a total of 4 apartments and rooftop pool. Kitchen & living room, bathroom with shower, bedroom were very clean, new and fitting. The sunset balcony is great 5min to the supermarket, 10-15min to port, restaurants & beach The hosts were very helpful and friendly - thank you! :)

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. The place was comfortable and well-equipped. Particularly impressive was the breathtaking view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even let us stay in the apartment a little longer on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place to stay – we will be happy to come back!

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. The house was also in good condition, the outdoor area looked very new. Someone came to clean the pool twice a week. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful villa and a very comfortable stay. Near to a small town for a supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy and 30 mins from Rovinj which is beautiful and also around 30 mins from east coast quieter beaches. Host was really helpful with giving suggestions on Beaches and restaurants. Thank you!
