民宿很新很乾淨 門口就在路邊 小區晚上寧靜，不會有很多車或人路過 有兩個廁所，兩個浴室，都是分開的，分別在1樓（地面）及2樓 有兩個洗手盆在2樓 我們的行李都放在1樓 因為樓梯有點窄 不好搬，也怕撞花牆身 我們4人就住2/3樓，4樓沒有用。 4樓是有個露台的。 距離赤羽大站10-15分鐘，路面平坦，推行李都ok 赤羽大站去其他地方也比較方便 赤羽岩淵站要在王子站轉車，入口沒有電梯，要搬行李，轉車加上步行時間也和去赤羽站差不多。 所以離開時都選擇步行至赤羽站再去上野。 整體很好，民宿主人回覆很快！

The living and sleeping space are spacious, very suitable for the family. There are convenience stores nearby, although it is not near the jr and metro station but walking in such a quiet community is pretty enjoyable.

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

ホストの方がすごく親切で、21:00までの対応ギリギリに連絡してしまったのですが、すぐに返答してくださいました。ありがとうございました。 建物までの道がかなり急坂なこと、アスファルトが少し荒れていた所があったので、車酔いしやすい方は少し気をつけた方がいいかもしれません。酔いやすい友人は少しよってしまいました。ただ、15分程度で到着するので、そこまで酔わないかとは思います。 それ以外は大大大満足でした！ ゆったり楽しく過ごさせて頂きました！ありがとうございました！

Wir waren zu Viert für knapp 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Eins ist klar eine Absolute Top Unterkunft mit allem nötigem Ausgestattet. Super zu erreichen von nächsten Bahnhof (Akabane) von Akabane aus ist man in 20 Minuten in fast jedem Wichtigem Stadtteil Tokyos. Die unterkunft war Top gepflegt und Sauber. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war wirklich Top! Wir kommen wirklich gerne wieder <3

We had a great time and comfortable stay at Cheng's place. the location is amazing if you want to head to Aeon Laketown. the place was spacious and enough space for 2 families. thanks again.

First Yoshiya was amazing to deal with. Very kind and responsive. She had great advice and was beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. The house itself is very comfortable and great for families. Very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for us. While outside of the center of Tokyo, there are tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and subway is only about a 6 min walk. The actual street the house is on is very quiet with no thru traffic. And the surrounding streets are full of amenities. If you want less touristy experience but still want convenience at your fingertips this place is ideal. For me, there were no obvious drawbacks. It can take 30-55mins to get to the tourist hotspots, depending on the time of day, but was very easy and I preferred the Kameari area. It was fun with more options for restaurants and shops than I could keep track of. Next time I am in Tokyo I will definitely be staying here again.

I was very Happy here The host even came to Pick me up at the Train Station, and showed everything in the apartment to me. I also made new Friends there The Place feels very much like a home and not like some Sterile Hotel-Like Airbnb or something. I really Enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back .
