Great location. Close to the train lines and some nice restaurants nearby. Host was very very friendly and helpful. The house had everything you needed 😊

The living and sleeping space are spacious, very suitable for the family. There are convenience stores nearby, although it is not near the jr and metro station but walking in such a quiet community is pretty enjoyable.

Wan hosted me in April 2025. It's a brand new townhouse in a calm area near Warabi or Nishi-Kawaguchi stations. Very easy and quick commute to Shibuya, Tokyo. House is clean, cozy and located next to small 7Eleven which works 24x7 which is perfect for travelers arriving at night. The house is equipped with everything which is needed for a short or long term staying. Wen communicated very quick and I never waited for a response more than 5-10 mins. Thanks to Wen my vacation passed in a splendid place.

The host was very kind, and I contacted them at the last minute, around 21: 00, but they responded immediately.Thank you very much. The road to the building is quite steep, and the asphalt was a little rough in some places, so if you get carsick easily, you might want to be a little careful.My friend, who gets drunk easily, had a little too much.However, we will arrive in about 15 minutes, so I don't think we will be too drunk. Other than that, I was very satisfied! We had a relaxing and enjoyable time!Thank you!

There were four of us in the accommodation for almost 2 weeks. One thing is clear, an absolute top accommodation with everything you need. Super easy to reach from the nearest train station (Akabane) from Akabane, you can be in almost every important district of Tokyo in 20 minutes. The accommodation was well maintained and clean. The communication with the host was really great! We will really be happy to come back <3

We had a great time and comfortable stay at Cheng's place. the location is amazing if you want to head to Aeon Laketown. the place was spacious and enough space for 2 families. thanks again.

First Yoshiya was amazing to deal with. Very kind and responsive. She had great advice and was beyond kind, friendly, and helpful. The house itself is very comfortable and great for families. Very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect for us. While outside of the center of Tokyo, there are tons of restaurants, bars, shops, and subway is only about a 6 min walk. The actual street the house is on is very quiet with no thru traffic. And the surrounding streets are full of amenities. If you want less touristy experience but still want convenience at your fingertips this place is ideal. For me, there were no obvious drawbacks. It can take 30-55mins to get to the tourist hotspots, depending on the time of day, but was very easy and I preferred the Kameari area. It was fun with more options for restaurants and shops than I could keep track of. Next time I am in Tokyo I will definitely be staying here again.

I was very Happy here The host even came to Pick me up at the Train Station, and showed everything in the apartment to me. I also made new Friends there The Place feels very much like a home and not like some Sterile Hotel-Like Airbnb or something. I really Enjoyed my stay here and will be coming back .
