Lovely renovated 1870s stone home. Loved the ease of the pellet stove to take the chill off. And the outdoor hot tub to make one feel toasty. Lucy is a magnificent host, very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. You are a short drive from Lascaux and other prehistoric sites in the Vezere Valley as well fun small town markets. Lucy has a list of those for you. A slightly longer drive takes you to the Castelnaud Castle and other chateaus along the Dordogne. Four thumbs up!

We loved our stay at Deb’s place. It was very clean and just as pictured. Deb met us and she is a lovely kind person as is her husband! So we felt very welcome and she had a great list of restaurants and things to do for the area. We will return.

Very pleasant weekend in the Dordogne. The accommodation is cozy, warm, well equipped. You feel really good there! Close to beautiful sites: castles, caves, villages... The environment is peaceful, we enjoyed the calm, the two donkeys and the very affectionate dog of the owners! Beautiful forests are to be explored nearby. In short 0 false rating on our end!

Listing as described. very well arranged and furnished, and very clean! Nothing is missing! Communication with hosts and Sophie's welcome at check-in was perfect! The environment is very quiet and relaxing, and we have a very nice unobstructed view of the heights. Warmly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at Kasia and Jason’s Gîte. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The hosts were attentive yet unobtrusive, giving us the perfect balance of privacy while being there if we needed them. The Gîte is stunningly decorated and equipped with everything you need to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I know I will miss waking up to such beautiful scenery. There is so much to explore locally. If you ever find yourself unsure of what to do, Jason and kasia have fantastic recommendations and advice. Our stay was made even more delightful by their two beautiful, gentle dogs who would often come by to say hello. Their children were equally welcoming and added a lovely warmth to our experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool. It was an absolute dream for both us and our boys, with amazing country views that we could spend hours taking in. This Air B&B truly is a gem in France! See you again soon.

This spacious and comfortable townhouse is beautifully located in spectacular Sarlat. A 2 minute stroll through the old cobbled alleyways and you are right in the heart of this medieval gem. A wonderful place to spend a few days relaxing and exploring. Would return again in a heart beat.

Well, what can I say. Chloe and Alexandre were absolutely delightful and so easily contactable. The gite was absolutely beautiful with amazing views. We had access to the pool but as we travelled later in the season, we didn't use it. The house had AC in every room and we instantly felt at home. We can't wait to come and stay again.
