Peter's apartment is clean, quiet and in a good location for enjoying the center of La Rochelle and the surrounding area. There is a beautiful terrace that is nice in good weather. A small shop at the foot of the residence and a bakery 10 minutes' walk away. A parking space in a closed basement, at the foot of the elevator is a plus for luggage.

The accommodation was easy to find, the instructions given by Fabienne are very clear. The accommodation is well located, very clean. Thanks to the welcome booklet, we were able to get a lot of recommendations for activities/restaurants to do in the area and it's great! We just had a small problem with the stove that doesn't seem to like it when you turn on both burners at the same time, but that's not a problem, because we didn't plan to cook much. The place is quiet (we went there in May). I recommend it because it is ideally located near the Port des Minimes and a small beach and a park! 😊 Thanks again to Fabienne for hosting us with our dog 🐾

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

We have been to Sarah's house several times because it has everything you need for a perfect stay. Everything is tidy, clean, the rooms are large and bright. The area is quiet, but in the surroundings there is everything you need for shopping and going out for a drink. In addition, Sarah is the best host, she is very friendly and is always attentive to the needs of her guests. It's a pleasure to visit Sainte Hermine when we have Sarah and her beautiful house.

We had a great stay at Rémi's! The accommodation is very well located and easy to access. The beach is a 10-minute walk and all amenities one street away (market, pharmacy, Carrefour Contact, ice cream shop, etc.) as well. Typical island village life! We were able to rent bikes for two days and keep them at the accommodation, which has a secure outdoor area. The host was available and very friendly. Very well-equipped accommodation for two people, very quiet. To be repeated without hesitation!
