the location is really great and a few meters from the heart of the old port.... the parking space in the garage is a REAL plus... you park then you no longer touch your car. The apartment is well arranged and spacious. a large super nice balcony. communication is perfect with Alizé. very very available . Arriving in advance of our schedule, she arranged to free up the apartment for us as soon as possible...

We were greeted by Sylvie who was very nice, responsive, and very accommodating on schedules. The place was clean, accurate to the photos and very well-equipped, we did not miss anything, which is very appreciated. The bedding was excellent and we slept very well. The apartment is in a great location, close to the port of La Rochelle and Les Minimes beach. This is an excellent place to rest in peace and discover the area.

We had a lovely night at Xavier's place. The accommodation is furnished and decorated with great taste. The instructions are very clear. We recommend!

Frédéric's accommodation is modern and well-equipped. Everything was very clean when we arrived. A beautiful terrace in the sun in the morning. Unlike some rentals, you don't feel cramped, perfect for a couple. The city center of Royan (central market and seaside) is within a 10/15-minute walk. An underground parking space is available, although a little tight if you have a big SUV. But you can park easily and for free on the street, at least out of season ... In summary, I recommend this listing, tastefully furnished and decorated and in a good location.

Ideally located and quiet accommodation. Absolutely nothing to say about the place. Responsive host. I told Micheline but for us the big downside is the cigarette smell that was in the stairs/hallway of the building. Odor from neighbors. Otherwise we'll be happy to come back to their place

The place was easy to find and very clean. Plus it's near the old port and shops, shops.

We had a pleasant stay, the house is very well equipped if you have a toddler there is everything you need and the kitchen is very complete you can really cook. The accommodation is right next to a small square with all amenities. We loved the island of Ré and had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's place! Very friendly and accommodating host. The house is sublime and very well furnished (fully equipped kitchen: we made many family dishes without any problems). The small village has several very convenient hikes if you have dogs: we enjoyed walking them around.

Well everything was perfect,the accommodation was perfect,nice and quiet ,nice bed,coffee pods available and bottle of water and bottle of orange juice Very nice city lots of shops and restaurants. Nice bicycle paths. Very nice area including Ile de Re beautiful villages. In summary,her was great.
