We had a fabulous time at Estelle’s place and hope to return next year. It is well located and enjoys a view of the harbour and out to sea from the balcony. We cycled around the area and found Jard-sur-Mer quiet and relaxing. Admittedly it was early May, so quieter than high season, but it felt a pretty chilled place. Thank you Estelle for everything.

An apartment with impeccable cleanliness, arranged and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary equipment, right in the center of Talmont-Saint-Hilaire and yet absolutely quiet. Add Quentin's availability, responsiveness and kindness, and you have all the ingredients for a wonderful stay.

The photographs on the website tell the story – it is a fantastic location with beautiful views of a great beach. For a promenade location it is surprisingly quiet at night and the local bars and restaurants are friendly, reasonably priced and quite varied. The apartment is extremely well fitted out and thoughtfully put together. It is a really comfortable place to stay and a real treat, if you are the kind of person who likes to be beside the seaside.

Charming place, faithful to the photo, a real cozy little nest in the middle of nature. What a joy to wake up with birdsong and the sea a 5-minute walk away. Like at home❤, nothing was missing and thank you again for the little gift upon arrival. A pleasant weekend, thank you for everything Romy and the pleasure!

Very pleasant stay, quiet ,clean ,apartment identical to that of the photos , very responsive host, however beach 5 min walk (top) but impossible to settle in given that there are only pebbles and rocks , small downside on the sofa bed but not so disturbing for 4 days . We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. Only downside but not within Mireille's jurisdiction, the large slides of the pool were closed "because low season". However, the pool was very busy, which is a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The mini golf nearby is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

This was such a great apartment. Very spacious and elegant. Extremely quiet, which was much appreciated, while still being just 2 mins walk away from all the shops and restaurants. The large town parking lot was also very close by. Highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful stay with my partner! The accommodation is as expected, very clean and in a good location. The sea view is simply splendid. Majid is very responsive and attentive, at the best! We would highly recommend it.

We had 4 days just wonderful, this apartment is a real gem! The sea view from the terrace to the 4 corners of the accommodation and even the shower is just stunning! Total change of scenery guaranteed, we will come back without hesitation! In addition, Alain is very responsive if needed. Everything was perfect!

The stay at Manu and Sandrine's place was simply exceptional. The accommodation is spotless, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The environment is a haven of peace, lulled by birdsong and the discreet passage of squirrels. Private access to the spa adds a touch of luxury and unparalleled relaxation. Finally, Manu and Sandrine are remarkable hosts: warm, available and incredibly accommodating. A real favorite — I would recommend it without a second thought!

Very good accommodation that matches the photos. The facilities are well maintained and the Jacuzzi is already ready on arrival, no need to fill it and heat it up compared to other listings.
