Great location in the old town, just a few minutes' walk to the harbor, yet very quiet. When arriving by car, parking in front of the apartment is possible without problems, but not permanent parking. In this respect, helpful tip from the landlord about the possibility of free parking in about 10 minutes' walking distance. Spacious living/dining area, nice outdoor seating.

I had a great time in a very comfortable, clean apartment 5 minutes from the beach in a very quiet residence.

Nicolas and Hâtive place is very cozy and comfortable. Close to center of town and to a grocery shop. Really quiet and peaceful. Would definitely come back when I'm back to La Rochelle.

This accommodation has an exceptional geographical location, it is at the foot of the mythical towers of La Rochelle, in a pedestrian street and full of good restaurants. In addition, it is very quiet , which is appreciated after good days of sightseeing. Leaving the accommodation, you can walk through the neighborhoods to see in the city but also visit the aquarium, take the boat to the Islands, eat good dishes...without taking the car. Great!

Stay beyond our expectations, in a highly soothing green setting. Cathy was very attentive when we arrived and did everything to make our family getaway as smoothly as possible. It's definitely a day trip! Can't wait to come back.

Bernard and Monique's house is a lovely house, very well arranged, well heated, perfectly located close to the sea. The layout is perfect for a family with the possibility for parents to benefit from a separate bedroom and bathroom, and for children to be well settled on the first floor… The hospitality is both warm and respectful of the hosts. It's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

well located accommodation that matches the listing. We were 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. 3 beautiful bedrooms and a cocooning exterior. Sandrine offered us the high chair and the umbrella bed. Quiet area and possibility to go to the beach and the center of Royan without problem. We were able to take the accommodation a little earlier in the day. Really nothing to complain about and to recommend without problem. Thank you!

Very nice house, very clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Large garden, very well maintained. We had a great weekend. Alix was very welcoming, attentive, and made herself available. We'll be happy to go back.

very well located, quiet at the end of an alley The patio is really nice and big enough to feel comfortable there. bikes are a big plus The ceiling on the second floor is really low and the stairs are quite steep but you get used to it and my kids enjoyed this little "cozy" corner.

this is the second time we have enjoyed this accommodation with our two children and our dog. and it was always a pleasure to enjoy the spacious and enclosed garden, the functional house, but above all the ideal location of this house. A stone's throw from the village square and its daily market ( the U express too), a few streets from the caves and the view of the estuary, and 10/12 minutes walk from the beach of the nuns, you can only feel like a vacation in this charming house. it's just missing a washing machine for it to be perfect . Which doesn't stop us from booking it for next summer with great pleasure.

Accommodation is ideally located: 500 meters from the market halls, 600 meters from the old port, 800 meters from the port des minimes. As the accommodation is located close to all shops and amenities, so the neighborhood is lively. The accommodation is very clean and true to the description with clean linens and sufficient for 4 people. We had trouble throwing away our garbage, the host responded very quickly to my call and was understanding. I specify that the garbage room is well located on the street on the left when exiting the accommodation and not rue des marionnettes. We would recommend this listing.

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

Very simple, pleasant apartment, in the center of Soulac. Great to go and enjoy the surf breaks 5 minutes by bike. Quentin is very nice and the communication fluid.

Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.) We recommend this place for a stay for two in La Rochelle.
