Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Great vacation home with a very nice view. We enjoyed 14 days of sunny weather and that at Christmas. Our hangover was also welcome. Erwin and Liliane are two older and super friendly gentlemen. You will be welcomed with welcome drinks and homemade cakes. The delivery service with fresh baguette every morning is of course great. We were able to do many MTB tours from there. The apartment furnishings themselves are a bit outdated. But otherwise highly recommended.

What a nice studio, clean, tastefully decorated, not overlooked. We sleep in a good quality 140 sofa bed, with very clean bed linen, without any outside noise. We wake up with bird chirping. You have all the comforts during the day with its washing machine and dishwasher, private exterior. But shh, don't say it too loud, we still have some availability to come back!! We were hosted very well by Marie-Virginie who was taking care of us throughout our stay. The studio is very nice; it feels good, and the decor is very warm.

Very nice place in a quiet area in the middle of nature. Fantastic to wake up there with the view. Super nice host! Good base to experience everything. Markets, restaurant, cycling, hiking, etc. We had a nice vacation

At Christiane and René's, it's always a wonderful welcome! It feels like home, well received and pampered. The pretty fenced garden is perfect for doggies, and all this in a beautiful area. Congrats and thanks for everything!

The villa is really great and very tastefully furnished. The property is large and also very charming. I just expected to book a luxury property but to be classified as luxury there were a few things missing for me: - Fake grass in front of the pool (gets super hot very quickly) - The rest of the garden is rather not maintained - Hardly any closets in the rooms - Two ACs did not work - Only two toilets for 8 guests But these are just a few minor things that I did not expect and wanted to share. Overall we had a great time :)

This house is amazing! The most beautiful Airbnb I’ve stayed at, the colors and decor are amazing. Host was incredibly responsive and kind. Beautiful quiet place with an amazing view.

Absolutely loved Stephane’s place. We were a group of 4 and a little dog and couldn’t have been happier. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and full of lovely indoor and outdoor seating and lounging space. The pool area is private, peaceful and very clean. The house is incredibly well equipped with everything you need to cook in which we did most nights after long days exploring. You are in a quiet residential area. There is a big grocery store and boulangerie just 10 minutes walk. St Paul de Vence which is adorable and charming is 10 minutes drive, 20 min drive to airport and 20 min to central Nice. Probably ok with public transport but better with a car for seeing the many charming villages in the region. Stephane was at the place to warmly welcome us and was super quick to respond to a couple of queries . A perfect south of France getaway!! Merci !!

Our stay was fantastic! Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, check-in was extremely nice and straightforward. The location is excellent – just a few minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the port of Cannes. There is also an excellent bakery nearby where we could get fresh baguette for breakfast every morning. Absolutely recommended!

The best airbnb experience with butler Andre who is super helpful. Our car got tolled to the police station so he kindly accompanied us to the police station.

House in a top location with beautiful views of the sea from the large terrace. It has everything you need for a feel-good vacation: from the amenities, the cleanliness, the communication long in advance with the landlord, who has a list of valuable tips for restaurants. The reception was also straightforward, friendly, with quick response time. Great. I highly recommend it!

This unique place is an oasis of positive vibes. We can warmly recommend the accommodation. Alain and Agnes are wonderful people who have sweetened the holidays with great tips and nice conversations. For children (including infants) it is a paradise. The many animals, the pool and the playground are just a treat!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

Great stay! Sophia was very responsive, from the beginning to the end of the stay. We were three friends, a teenager and a baby, plus three dogs, and our stay was a pleasant mix of hiking and good meals... including raclette possible thanks to the device on site! Thank you for this trip!
