We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We plan to be back!

For a first time on Airbnb, I must say that I was very satisfied. The accommodation was really very nice and the host Ana was very friendly. Knows how to receive guests in the best possible conditions. Also knows how to advise you and meet your expectations and requests. I had read the comments of previous people who had been there and I can confirm that this place is at the top as well as the restaurants around. We'll keep fond memories of it.

We (six adults) had a lovely stay at Isabelle's place. The house was clean and tidy and had good amenities. The size was perfect for us. There are two ways to sit outside and the proximity to the beach was a special pleasure for us. Thank you for the time, we would come back anytime.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in managing the departure and arrival. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We hope to be able to stay longer in the near future. A fantastic stay on the beach side! The place is beautiful, clean, perfectly equipped — there is everything you need. The view is breathtaking. You can watch the sunset by the sea, comfortably seated on the couch… you literally fall in love with this place. A big thank you to Christophe for his warm welcome and kindness.
