The pool, the pool, the pool. Oh, and yes the house and the views. We had a wonderful stay at Trelawney. The pictures were very accurate, although the magnificence of the views can only be captured in person. We were in Montserrat for a family reunion which had many planned activities. However when we had any down time, we were in the pool. The pool was immaculate, and Robbyn did a wonderful job of keeping it that way. Asha was wonderful as well, very thorough and very personable. Adrienne was very helpful in letting us know where to shop for food as well as suggesting what we could bring with us. She also helped us secure transportation. Winston was wonderful and we used him for the entire time that we were on the island. It was so wonderful to be back on the island, our first time since the volcano. Adrienne was very responsive any time that we reached out to her. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would gladly stay there again.

Blue Lime Cottage is the perfect example of what a Caribbean Islansd Getway entails. The cottage is located at a wonderful part of the island, close to Soufriere Volcano (the icon of Montserrat), and the cottage is perfectly nestled in the hill surrounded by lush greenery and the blue of the Caribbean sea. The privacy which the cottage affords cannot be overstated.

On meeting Winnie, I felt like I’d bumped into an old friend, throughout my stay she was really helpful and went out of her way at times. The space is large with everything you need and a fantastic view. Would recommend a car to explore which Winnie can arrange very reasonably. Also Montserrat is one of the safest places you can go, especially if travelling alone. Thank you so much for having me special lady!! X

I read all of the previous reviews on Norman's and Daphne's place and had high expectations. Let me assure you ... they do not disappoint! The place was fabulous with everything we needed for an amazing stay. Super clean and tidy and amazingly comfortable beds. My wife had such an amazing time, we extended our stay for a few more days. Norm provides is an amazing tour guide and highly encourage you to take advantage of that service if you are new to the island. And Daphne knows everything about where to go eat, shop and relax. She even connected us with a relative who delivered eggs to our place so we could make breakfast. Super Host level service here. It's a no brainer where I would stay on my return trip to the Montserrat.

What a great place to stay when you want to get away from it all, but still be there close to what you need. What you need is a pool, a beer and a beach sunset. Comfortable, private, well appointed. Ceiling fans are a bonus. The house has a few years on her and some wear and tear here and there, but we slept wonderfully and were able to cook and really enjoyed the pool, the view and entertaining visits from our local friends on the patio. You may hear a rooster or two and lots of tree frogs (it is Montserrat, afterall) but you'll also see tons of fireflies, beautiful sunsets and hopefully you'll find some peace and rest! We sure did. Our stay was enjoyable; the place was very nice, clean, and cozy. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for cooking if needed. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Victor's Supermarket, Karishma Store, and the bus route. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning, eating my breakfast and enjoying the lush greenery of the scenery.

It was serenity! The perfect place for our vacation. You could hear the waves of the ocean, watch pelicans and beautiful sunsets right from the deck. The pool was wonderful and deeper than we expected, making lap swimming and just having fun with our child much more enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds super comfortable. If you are seeking a quiet place to get away and only plan to venture out a few times, taxi is the way to go. If you would like the flexibility not only to go to a destination, but also stop along the way to check out road stands and places at your whim, I would recommend renting a car. There are few options within walking distance, and all require a steep ascend. If you are looking to take a very informative tour of the island I would recommend Sun's Montserrat Island Tour. Overall we are looking forward to come back another time and enjoy Dave's place and Montserrat.

Excellent hosts, friendly, frequent and clear communication which impressed me from the start. Clean, comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. Rare to accommodation in the island, this property does come with air-con which is life saver! The only thing is missing from the information provided that the yard has a glimpse of the sea and an amazing sunset! It is a huge plus for me. Thanks again.
