Old low-ceilinged house, typical of the Limousin farmhouse. Comfortably restored, it has a bedroom with a double bed (+ a mattress on the floor on request), a living room (convertible sofa) with kitchenette and wood stove, separate toilet, bathroom with enameled bathtub and is extended by a veranda. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

Family house that consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, a bathroom with sink shower and a toilet, a living room, a dining room with TV . Upstairs 4 bedrooms including 3 bedrooms double beds 140cmx190cm and a bedroom with a bed of 90cm and 1 cot. The outside and enclosed consists of a terrace with garden furniture, umbrella and sun loungers. Pets allowed. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. No internet access.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

We offer for rent a studio of 40 m2 independent in a cottage at the edge of the forest and the gorges of Chavanon. The studio terrace overlooks a flower garden. Access to the vegetable garden and aromatic plants is possible. Silence,walks,mushrooms, wild nature, fishing, deer slab, swimming in fresh waters, nearby walking paths. 20km as the crow flies, beautiful views of the Sancy Mountains.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.

You will enjoy exclusively the pool and its facilities as well as the spa. The bowling green is lit (bowls loaned).
