A big thank you to Valerie for her warm welcome and availability! The house is full of charm, very comfortable and ideally located just 5 minutes from the beach. We particularly appreciated his flexibility on schedules and all his good tips to fully enjoy the stay. We came as a family with friends, and everyone was able to find their space thanks to the outbuilding: a real plus for everyone to feel comfortable. The weather was great, everything was perfect! We would be happy to recommend this property.

Very comfortable and bright house suitable for 2 families where everyone has their own space. Super equipped kitchen, very spacious living room with dining area and seating area: 3 sofas and 2 armchairs with 55-inch TV. Garden with green lawn, large outdoor dining table, and comfortable sun loungers. The house is located in a very quiet small village with basic amenities 5 min walking distance. Magnificent beaches nearby and starting points for numerous hikes. A vacation to remember.

Great house and very clean at check-in. Well equipped and comfortable to live with family. A small point of improvement may be on a slightly soft bedding in the master bedroom.

We had a pleasant week of vacation with our dog in early March. The house is pleasant to live in. The beach is really close, just like the dunes. The garden is large and fenced, with a terrace to eat outside, we were not able to enjoy it because of the weather but when the weather is nice it is probably very pleasant. The area is beautiful and the house is well located to discover it. Recommended.

Our family weekend went perfectly. Damien is a thoughtful, flexible, communicative host. Everything is planned for a great stay. The instructions before arrival allow you to prepare everything and know in advance the amenities of the house, it is also extremely well equipped. Attention is also paid to dogs (blanket, bag, bowls). There was nothing to complain about the cleaning when we arrived. The accommodation provides access to the beach in 3 min walk, and you can reach Granville by the GR in 3.5 km. The house is certainly close to the city center but it feels good, it's very quiet, peaceful and you don't feel the presence of the neighbors. The whole family found what they were looking for, thank you so much!

We had a great time with the family for the Christmas holidays. The house was perfectly true to the description, as well as the promised view, no disappointment! moreover the house had been decorated for Christmas! the house is large and very warm and really conducive to family gatherings! in addition the hosts are very responsive and friendly , we had a small power outage at 10pm which was fixed very quickly with Sebastien's assistance. The game room and hot tub are really a plus , as well as the large fireplace that allows long cocooning evenings in the living room . We'll definitely be back!

we were two families of 4 and really enjoyed our stay here. One of our young guys is celiac and our host gave local recommendations and also left a gluten free snack. thanks! Loved the house, huge deck and the hot tub was very relaxing after a long travel day. Great shower, comfy bed and so close to the beach! We spent a lot of time walking on the boardwalk and it was so nice to have a morning run by the sea.

We were greeted by the owner of the house. She was very welcoming and explained how the house works. The house is perfectly well equipped and furnished. The sea views are fantastic. The house is perfectly organized to accommodate up to 8 guests. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is very big and can accommodate a large family. The beds are very comfortable. The terrasse is amazing and the garden is beautiful. The house is located close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Dominique replies immediately. The only downsize is a nearby road with noisy traffic.

We enjoyed the cottage and its magnificent decoration , the sunny terrace and the access to the port of Cancale on foot by the sea. No complaints about the accommodation: it's beautiful, it's clean, everything is of high quality! Great flexibility for check-in and check-out, and very nice and easy communication. With all this, we would have stayed a little longer!

Laurent is an excellent host, very kind, always responded quickly to messages, gave clear directions and all the necessary information! The house was as described, had all the necessary equipment and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is very cosy, the bedrooms are well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great stay and also enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi, a beautiful sunset and absolute tranquility! I definitely recommend this host and the house! Would love to come back for a longer stay!

Hello, here are our findings; - The host was extremely friendly, the instructions for e.g. the pool were clear and she had given tips for nearby sightseeing. In addition, there was also a bundle with nearby shops/bakeries, information about the garage, ... Great! - The house was clean, just like the linen and towels. The bathrooms were tip top in order and provided, just like the kitchen; we had everything we needed! - The pool was very nice to have during the warmer days. We did have the impression that it was not (very) heated as described, but for us this was not an issue; - The many outdoor seating options as well as in the porch are a real plus; - The house has some lower beams hanging, as well as a lower passageway living-kitchen, which was paying attention to our larger friends; - Central location between Mt. St.-Michel and Pointe du Hoc (each 1h drive). Beach and Route Submersible very nice and easily accessible with the equipped bikes!

Our family from the US, Wales and London spent 5 amazing nights making memories at this great place! You can walk to the beach in less than 5 mins, walk to city center and great restaurants! I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Normandy area!

Very nice house , very well equipped, perfect for gatherings for families or friends , billiards, foosball , and the pool are great places to have fun together! Large indoor and outdoor tables offer many possibilities to have good meals together and the spacious garden furniture allows you to meet after a good bath or for an apero. The ideal house and all this is close to the sea!

A beautiful house, spacious, pleasant, quiet. The garden is lovely too, well maintained. The heated pool is very popular. Mickael communicates very easily, responded to our requests very quickly. The beds were made on arrival which was very much appreciated after the journey. We had a pleasant stay.

We had a lovely stay at Li's. The accommodation is as advertised. We were lucky enough to take advantage of the pool this weekend on May 1. Good quality bedding with spacious bedrooms and spotless bathrooms. The accommodation is well equipped. Very nice peaceful garden with all nearby and only 10min from Mont Saint Michel. Li is a responsive and very understanding host, we recommend it.

6 of us stayed at Virginie's house, 3 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all and we enjoyed just under two weeks there. The house is modern and very well thought out with modern furnishings and decor. All the amenities you may need are available. The garden is mostly decked with a lovely swimming pool which we all enjoyed. Upon arrival we were met by Virginie and her husband who welcomed us warmly and showed us how everything worked as well as giving us hints and tips for things to do in the local area. Just a short walk away is the beach and the small town with many small shops, bakeries, cafes and a casino. The beach is sandy and great for kids and adults alike. In the surrounding area you are only a short drive away from many activities, zoos, aquariums, theme parks etc. as well as Mont Sant-Michel. In short, a great place to stay in a location with plenty to do.
