Vacation rentals with a pool in Saint Martin

This property was absolutely breathtaking. The home looked better in person. Very clean, accessible to most attractions and a beautiful quiet neighborhood. 10/10 experience we will definitely come back!

Nous avons adoré la maison et avons passé un séjour fantastique. La villa est décorée avec goût et très bien équipée et que dire de l’extérieur… Ouf! L’espace patio, le mobilier, la piscine sans oublier la vue spectaculaire nous ont comblé! Nous avons adopté le resto L’Oasis et la petite épicerie Bread&Butter à 5 minutes de marche 😉 ainsi que La cabane du pêcheur à 15 minutes en voiture où chaque matin, vous pouvez avoir des arrivages de poissons à très bon prix. Un merci spécial à Josy qui a facilité notre séjour, nous a aidé avec des réservations et de merveilleuses recommandations. Nous reviendrons assurément… Mille merci!

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Villa Lousiana was a wonderful place to stay in Orient Beach. The restaurants and stores are a short walk around the corner. The property is private and the pool was great to cool off. Virginie was a gracious host!

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

Awesome place to stay in Cupecoy, SXM with quick access to the French Side, Maho Bay, & Simpson Bay. We have friends that are local on the island and within a 15 to 30 minute drive we could get to where we needed to be each time! Jayne’s team is communicative, friendly, and accommodating! Would love to stay here again in the near future if they would have us!

Joe was extremely helpful, with accommodating, recommendations, and very responsive. His place felt like home, location was perfect and fast walk to mullet bay. The room was clean well equipped with all your needs. I would definitely stay here every time I visit. Thank you Joe

Un très beau séjour pour nous. Le logement était propre, sécuritaire et bien situé. Les gens de l’immeuble étaient très sympathique. La piscine et la plage sont un atout essentiel lors des chaudes journées. En plus, Harry était toujours dispo pour nos questions et répondait très rapidement et clairement. En bref, wow.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

Phil is a fantastic host who communicates proactively, ensuring you have all the information you need for a smooth and hassle-free stay. His well equipped apartment is located in Maho Beach, one of the best spots in St. Maarten. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the sea, the pool, and the island’s famous attraction—the nearby airport—where you can watch planes land right before your eyes. We'll certainly come back!

Stayed 5 nights at The Beach Condo and my family had a fantastic time. Roel was without a doubt the best host of any Air BnB I’ve stayed at. He was quick to respond any time I had a question or needed a recommendation. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Just steps away is an essentially private beach. We loved being able to take a short walk down the beach to grab lunch at Mary’s Boon. This was a great vacation and a lot of that is due to Roel and his beach condo. Thanks!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like a beach front condo. Perfect location, amazing space. We had a hiccup at the beginning and it was fixed immediately. They responded right away to any of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I had an amazing time at Kevin’s Airbnb. The unit was clean, well presented and very spacious. The view is amazing as you are essentially right on the beach, steps away from the building. As it is west facing it does get hot but the unit has a centralised air conditioning system that works really well. Checkin process was easy and convenient. Would recommend for any family visiting Sint Maarten.
