Small lovely studio in a quiet, peaceful and secure neighborhood. The studio is air-conditioned and perfect for the budget traveler and with about 25m2 it is spacious enough for 2 guests. The studio is equipped with a small kitchenette and a full bathroom. Located within a 10-minute walk to Belair beach and a 5-minute walk to the hospital. Philipsburg is a 5 minute drive away. Note: The studio has a shared entrance and is located next to the main house where the host resides.

Come and spend a wonderful time in a very quiet and unique place, with a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea..... in fact, it's a bit like "the little house in the big one": that is to say : a villa, with upstairs, the owner (me), and on the ground floor, with the exclusive enjoyment of the terrace and the swimming pool, a two-bedroom dwelling, two large bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and the terrace therefore, with an awning for meals .....

Great location for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Accommodation located downstairs in our villa, where we live. Fully renovated with private entrance, sea view (facing the islets of Pinel and Tintamarre) in a secure residence, quiet neighborhood. 5 minutes from local shops, close to the Pinel pier, the Baie Orientale beach and the famous restaurants of Grand Case.

A studio accommodation features a spacious bed adorned with a light-colored blanket. Two armchairs with a script pattern are positioned nearby. Wall art depicting birds adds a touch of color, while large windows allow natural light to fill the space.
