It is a wild and quiet place by the sea, on a plot of 2200 m2 planted with hundred-year-old pines overlooking the sea between Sainte-Marguerite-de-Pornichet and the village of Saint-Marc-sur-Mer (La Baule and Saint-Nazaire 10 minutes away). Whether in the living room, kitchen, shower or at the bottom of your bed, you will see the sea! A private staircase will take you to a pretty cove with very few people.

Its exposure allows you to have the sun on the back in the morning and on the terrace in the afternoon and evening, it's great! Parking space in the closed parking lot. 8 min walk to the center. Bike rental upon request. There is no cleaning fee, the place must be left as clean as it was when you arrived. Thank you for your understanding.

We have already come several times to Nathalie and Éric's, the apartment is still perfect: sea view, ideally located on the port, very comfortable (the bed, in particular), well furnished, well equipped kitchen, impeccably clean... In short, we will come back like the previous times without a second thought.

Ideal accommodation for a weekend with friends in Noirmoutier. Special mentions for the terrace and the large upstairs bedroom with sea views. The bedding is good quality, the accommodation is well equipped with the big Weber bbq available. Our concierge Laurence was very responsive, they made our stay easier. The apartment has an excellent location. At the end of the garden, the sea. It is very very clean and above all very well maintained. Cedric and Caroline are charming and warm hosts. This is the second time we've come and always with pleasure.
