Great stay. Clean, functional and well-equipped apartment. The location and access to the sea are real advantages.

Thierry was a communicative and helpful host who met us in person even though we arrived late due to travel arrangements. He was friendly and showed us around the apartment and gave us great recommendations. The neighbourhood is a beautiful part of Caen and it was a pleasure to stay there. His apartment is unique with lots of interesting decor and has everything you need to wash clothes, cook etc. We felt it was very good value for money compared to other listings in Caen and would stay there again.

We had a great time in Avignon. The accommodation is super well located with stunning sea views. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. In addition, Christian was super responsive and found a solution so that we could collect the keys to the accommodation following a time constraint.

Superbly well located accommodation, close to all shops and restaurants but also historical sites in the region. It's even more spacious than we thought, and the views of the harbor and beach are exceptional. We are very satisfied with our week-long stay here!

Perfect location both to enjoy the beach of Le Sillon and the intra muros, we had a great extended weekend with 2 young children in Maïté and Patrick's apartment. Amazing view and apartment as advertised!! Perfect communication and lots of flexibility on arrival time and the ability to leave luggage before leaving. We will come back without hesitation!

Brigitte's place is just amazing! We were so lucky to enjoy her hospitality and we appreciated so much all the welcoming touches such as wine and the biscuits! The house was sparkling clean and equipped with everything that we needed. It was within easy walking distance to the beach and the shop, what else could you want as family with small kids! Hope we can come back in summer one day! Merci!

Very cozy house, well laid out and equipped. A beautiful walled garden ideal for the dog. The intra muros bus is a 1-minute walk away. We had a pleasant stay.

It was perfect the first time we went there and it's still perfect this second time (close to the sea, well equipped, Brigitte who takes care of welcoming us is super flexible and friendly, Beatrice is super responsive, the garden is perfect for our dog and it is a great starting point to discover the region away from the more touristy areas). We had a great time in a spotless apartment, recently renovated, with sea views. No car needed, everything is within walking distance, we enjoyed the dike and the sandy beach. Thanks to Christelle for her welcome, guidelines and advice.

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. We are two Quebec couples who wanted to visit the landing beaches and its museums. The apartment met our expectations very well: it is very well located (25 minutes' walk from the Juno Beach Museum, in particular), in a quiet area. The apartment as such is really comfortable, very clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bed and sofa bed are perfect, we all slept very well! Thanks Valerie and Manuel for this exceptional stay!

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.
