As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. We had an absolutely perfect stay at this house! It's even better in real life than the photos. The pool is indeed very large and made everyone happy. We were with children and the accommodation is really ideal for them: safe, with games available... In addition, the kitchen is very well-equipped, we did not lack anything. We highly recommend this place for holidays for families or groups of friends.

The accommodation matches expectations, it is very good. It is particularly well equipped for activities (between foosball, billiards, swimming pool, petanque, tennis court, etc.).

After the few days spent in Claire's cottage, we understand how she managed to get an absolutely perfect rating: a large, well-equipped, tastefully decorated house that has absolutely everything you need, a welcome with little onions with an adorable host who takes the time to feed the animals with the children present, and a perfect exterior to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Between the little touches provided by Claire and her flexibility with check-in/check-out times, the whole family has been won over! We can only want to go back, to book without a second thought.

Ideal for a weekend getaway with large families, parents, uncles, etc. with a large capacity to accommodate everyone and preserving everyone's privacy, the rooms are beautiful, the bedding is good, the number of bathrooms is sufficient for the morning rotation, and we especially enjoyed this large room - kitchen, dining room and living room - as a gathering place. The added bonus is the large capacity jacuzzi and this huge park where we were able to play and have lunch (BBQ). We'll be back for our next cousin reunion.

Beautiful cottage 💫✨ We were greeted with the crackling wood fire making the atmosphere cozy. We were very touched by this. Jean-Pierre and Chantal are very responsive, available and excessively charming. The house is beautiful, the garden is sublime and very wooded. The creek was our children's favorite. The environment is quiet and green. A real enchanted break! Thanks 🤩 We will come again!

We had a great time with the family. The property is beautiful, impeccably clean and very well-equipped. Children and grandchildren made the most of the pool and games room. Access to the pool directly from the house is a big plus especially when it's not summer. Cindy, in charge of managing the house, is extremely responsive, available and professional. We'll be happy to go back.

Very good extended weekend with family in Aurélie and Sylvain's house. House in the countryside with a beautiful view. Everything is done to make you feel good and to please children and adults: slide, ping-pong table, foosball, badminton court and petanque on a very large grassy field! Everyone enjoyed it ;-) Spacious house, very nice to have each bedroom equipped with a bathroom and toilet. Lots of things to do in the area: visit the characterful city of Saint Ceneri le Gerei, Saint Léonard du Bois, the pearl pond in Averton and 600 m away: visit a dairy farm with milking! We were a group of 10 people spending a weekend at Marielle's house and it was a great experience, above our expectations! The house was clean and well-equipped, no one lacked anything. We were able to enjoy the large garden, the terrace, as well as walks in the surroundings recommended by Marielle. But what gives this rental even more charm is Marielle herself. She is generous and caring, always attentive and available to her guests. A real gem! And she's funny too :) Today we only have one desire: to book our weekend at Marielle's for next year!

Quality hosts, very attentive and flexible, whether before or after booking! Everything is clear in the instructions and the accommodation is easy to find. The setting is very quiet in the middle of nature with a beautiful and large property, with a special mention for the barbecue. The house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy with friends with or without children.

Townhouse/village can't be better located in the town hall square, so very easy to find. The welcome, very accommodating with our schedules, was efficient, relaxed and embellished with nice little touches. Our stay then went very well: the house is very convenient: kitchen, bathroom and living room are well stocked; a special mention for the bedroom located on the back, spacious and extremely quiet, in which we slept like dormitories under a nice big duvet! There is no problem parking and the small convenience store is a 1-minute walk away perfectly with a nice range of hours. Finally, Mathilde has always been very responsive and clear in her explanations and recommendations. We can only recommend this place and keep it in our favorites for an upcoming getaway in the Perche!
