Condo vacation rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Very nice accommodation, very close to the Stade de France. Very good exchanges with hosts. Very clear check-in instructions, no problem. We were very happy with our weekend.

15 minutes from Parc Astérix where we were and 25 minutes from the museum that we had to visit, what more could you ask for... superb clean apartment, well arranged and complete. We arrived late because we came back from Parc Astérix but arrived independently, the best! The people were very responsive to communication and very welcoming! On a very hot day at 11 p.m. in the evening when we sent a message that we had arrived, they brought us fans. Very good stay, we recommend without any problems!!

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Thanks to our hosts who hosted us for 3 days on the occasion of Rolland-Garros. Only 15 minutes from the entrance and flexible arrival, perfect combo for a good weekend. Thank you for your hospitality, availability, and the quality of the accommodation offered. See you next year?

Functional studio that matches the listing, the garden is a small plus

I've only used hotels in the Billancourt area, and this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it was a spacious enough house for 2 people. Gary was kind enough to greet us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This stay at Marie's was perfect! The apartment is bright and peaceful with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice and a few steps from the Palais des Congrès. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderfully spacious and cozy house, fully equipped and with 2 nice bathrooms and 2 separate toilets super nice for a family with teenagers! Nearby, there is plenty to eat and drink and with the metro you are quickly everywhere you want in Paris. To enter the house and the garage you do need a manual, but Dimitri received us ourselves and explained it clearly. The parking garage is super (a bit cramped and exciting to drive in) For our 2 boys, the swimming pool and the gym were a very big plus! Dimitri is a nice host and easily accessible.

Nelly rents a beautiful and cozy apartment! It looks exactly like the pictures! It is very clean, neat and has plenty of room for two people! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well equipped and spacious!

The stay at Mathieu's apartment was great. Great design and very nice terrace. The process was smooth and well organized. Free parking is available right next to the property and save a lot of stress. Kids had a fun time in the large and very well maintained pool. By train you can get to the center of Paris in max. 30 min. We were very pleased.

Cécile's had a nice stay at Cecile's. Apartment with everything you need. Coquet,gifted with lovely views. Secure and good location. Very good for a Parisian getaway.

My partner and I stayed at François’s penthouse in Aubervilliers, and it was the perfect choice. The listing was detailed and accurate, with photos matching the pristine, well-maintained space. Located in a safe, quiet area near shops and restaurants, it provided both comfort and convenience. François was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and highly communicative. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out, offering a thorough tour and checking in while respecting our privacy. The penthouse had everything needed for a home-away-from-home experience, and François even recommended a nearby barber when my partner needed a lineup for a wedding. The only slight challenge was occasional delays reaching the city due to a taxi strike, but this didn’t diminish our incredible stay. Without a doubt, this Airbnb will be our go-to when we return to Paris. François you deserve 10 stars! You're truly amazing amazing host!
