Vacation rentals with a home theater in Saint-Jean-de-Monts

Clean and as described. Pleasant stay. I just regret having to bring the linens. All other amenities were there.

Very well-equipped accommodation as advertised. Welcoming, responsive hosts, before, during and after the stay.

We had a great time. The apartment is not very large, but so well arranged that it is extremely well equipped. There is everything for cooking, entertainment (TV, games, books...). The beds are very comfortable. Everything is very clean, it's very quiet and pleasant. You only have to cross the street to get to the beach. We didn't use the bikes but there are some available. Christelle and her family are very responsive, very kind and helpful. All for a more than acceptable price given the services and location. In short, a very pleasant experience.

We had a lovely stay, The apartment was very functional, we slept very well (good bedding)! We were with an elderly person and everything was fine for her! And the view from the balcony was lovely!

Perfect accommodation, functional, as described, on a very quiet street while being close to the beach and restaurants. Extremely clean. With a very convenient garage for storing bikes. The balcony with deckchairs is also appreciable. Marielle and her husband were present when I arrived, chouquettes and a bottle of homemade local aperitif were also waiting for me. Very good communication, Marielle responds very quickly. I discovered a beautiful area. I hope to be able to return to this beautiful accommodation for a longer stay.

Very good stay with Florence. We really enjoyed the location and the large yard (with children it's ideal). The accommodation is very well equipped. We park perfectly.

accommodation in a great location to discover the island on foot as we did. Close to shops and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Very nice little garden. Very well equipped accommodation. Aurélie is proactive and attentive. The only downside is that the bedroom with a large bed has no window, which gives a feeling of confinement and a lack of brightness.

We stayed in this house for one night (Saturday to Sunday). The house is pleasant ,located in a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. The owner was very nice and responsive during our interactions. Overall we had a nice stay!

Excellent welcome from our host. This well-equipped apartment is really very nice, very bright with ocean views. The terrace is a plus. It's very well located. We went there to see the start of the Vendée Globe race but it also allowed us to discover the city of Les Sables d 'Olonne which is very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment and destination.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The beach is super close and easy accessible (max 100m from the apartment). Restaurants and stores as well. Rodolphe is very welcoming, kind and helpful if there are any questions!

We had a great time. Sylvie and her husband are welcoming hosts and available throughout our stay. The apartment is located near the wild coast and is served by public transport. The apartment has the necessary amenities. Nothing to complain about except thank you.

We spent 3 nights with our 20-month-old son in this beautiful apartment (thank you for the folding crib available!). The place is very nice, small but well organized, functional and welcoming. The terrace is very nice, as well as all the amenities available. Communication with Pascal is fluid and pleasant, he is responsive, available and couldn't be clearer (and leaves a nice touch for his guests to start the holidays well!). The environment is also very appreciable, all the essentials are nearby, we only moved on foot or by bike: perfect for a change of scenery! The pool is a big plus in good weather. Note, as indicated it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator (easy and covered stairs), and the bedroom being small, the space around the bed is really minimal, but it is a 160 bed with very good bedding, you can't have everything :) In short, great value for money, we recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay at Magalie's who was always available and attentive. She gave us a very nice welcome. The apartment is very pleasant, well-equipped, it has everything you need. The views are fantastic! Parking space at the bottom of the residence always available. The beaches are within walking distance. I recommend booking a table at the La Bolée restaurant, it's a treat! Excellent stay with a short trip to the Corniche de Sion and another to Les Sables d'Olonne in the sun. I would recommend it!

Apartment for rent without hesitation Functional, clean ,quiet,well located. Appreciable parking space. We took advantage of the terrace and lawn access for our little dog.
