Amandine is a very thoughtful, responsive and friendly host. We were very well received and had a warm contact while being discreet. The outside (garden) is very pleasant, there is everything you need for children and the pool is great (heated by heat pump, Amandine accepted without problem to increase the temperature for the comfort of children). The house is well equipped, especially in terms of bed linen and towels, which are clean and smell good. The bedding in the parent rooms was very comfortable. The house is very well located to access quite quickly by car to Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet, Saint Jean de Luz, Hossegor... The beautiful beach of La Piste in Capbreton is 15 minutes by car. We had a great family holiday in a beautiful area that we didn't know! Thanks!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house! All amenities were available and especially for children there were many toys, water toys, changing table, a real baby bed, potty, toilet attachment, etc. The reception by Catherine was great and she showed us everything and explained it in peace. She always responded very quickly to inquiries and responded to all questions/ requests. The surroundings are very nice and especially suitable for great bike rides. The beautiful bike path "Vélodyssée / EuroVelo 1" can be reached quite quickly and leads through pine forests and past beautiful sand dunes to interesting places such as St.-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. We especially liked the beach of Vieux-Boucai-Les-Bains. Day trips to Bordeaux and Donastia St. Sebastian are a must! Overall, we liked the stay very much and would be happy to come back! Thank you for the hospitality!

On a family vacation, we had a wonderful week at Greenbush. The accommodation is large and spacious, enough to live comfortably for about ten people. The rooms are spacious, and at a good distance from the living room. The 2 bathrooms were a real blessing, as was the laundry room. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dishes are in more than sufficient quantity. Lunch on the terrace was a real pleasure, with the plancha available for convivial moments. The garden is well partitioned, ideal for preventing pets from running away. Regarding the nearby environment, it is extremely quiet (quiet road). You can hear the waves of the ocean from the property. There are numerous activities to do around (biking, electric scooter, surfing, ocean, spa). A few words about the host: Carine was lovely, very available and responsive. A place that keeps all its promises!

We had a pleasant stay, Charles was welcoming and available, the accommodation was as described. The wooded garden, terrace and pool are the highlights of the house. Recommended

Jean Luc was very responsive during the stay and communication was very fluid. The house has a heated pool and a bowling alley that we were able to enjoy despite the changing weather. The house was ok for 7 people and well-equipped! Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice hosting by Frédéric from the beginning to the end of the stay. The Villa is very well equipped for adults and children. Everything is available to have a good time. Everything is a 20/25 minute drive maximum. Thank you again for the quality hospitality. We won't hesitate to come back if we ever want to come back to this area!

Honestly, this villa is so happy! Incredibly friendly and caring host, ideally located villa, gated garden for tranquility and ideal for the little ones. And above all, a house of a clean and tasteful. I would recommend it in a second, and I plan to go back!

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

Aline was a great host who made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The house had cleaning of the common areas every day which was great since we were a big group staying for the week. The house is very beautiful and a great place to stay when visiting Biarritz!

Christelle was very friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything. The house was beautiful, private and suited our large family. It was a home from home with everything we needed supplied for us. Comfortable beds, great pool, very clean. The location was great - we hired bikes to cycle to the nearby beach and the lake at Léon. There is a nearby bakery, butchers and a supermarket. Thank you for hosting us - highly recommend this airbnb!

We were with the family for 4 days. It's a very quiet area and is great for walking and cycling. The house is a luxury. And the hosts were willing to help. In fact, there was a problem and they immediately offered to help. As a suggestion for improvement, I would put out a cleaning kit for check-out. My pleasure!

We had a great time at Mathieu's house! The accommodation is very well-equipped, everything is designed for comfort, whether it's the utensils, furniture or equipment available. Cleaning was spotless upon arrival. Mathieu was a very responsive and proactive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a place that I would highly recommend, especially for family stays: it's the best!

Jean-Louis’s place is superb and at the risk of it booking up, I’d highly recommend! We stayed with another family and it worked perfectly. We all had our own space and bathrooms. The house is exceptionally well appointed with a tonne of amenities. It felt like a home away from home - everything we needed and more. The heated pool was exquisite, particularly for our young children who were able to enjoy it for hours. The location can’t be beaten - 5 mins walk to town and beach. Very easy access to everything. Both Jean-Louis and Alizée were fantastic hosts - very accommodating and responsive. Proactively giving local recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. We loved this place so much, we’ve booked again for next year! Thank you Jean-Louis and Alizée for the best holiday and stay!

Our stay went very well, the accommodation is very well located, quiet. The ocean is within walking distance, there are shops nearby and the pool is spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped but no salt, pepper or other, you have to remember to bring some. I recommend it.

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!
