Character house with very cute accommodation, wonderfully located in relation to the seaside and city center. Tastefully decorated and functional, clean accommodation. Pleasant welcome. Independent terrace and access to the seaside through the grounds of the accommodation, which allows you to enjoy a real asset for the walk.

Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and tastefully furnished studio. We enjoyed the place in the heart of Binic. Restaurants, the beach, the Gr34 nearby. We were charmed and intend to come back and stay longer.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. It's easy to access walks on the Rance, especially by bike. The drive to Dinan is just magical. The room is very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The bedding is super comfortable. The accommodation gives access to a small terrace for an aperitif or breakfast in the sun. Séverine is a very considerate and kind host. Anyway, I highly recommend the place!

A real little haven of peace! This charming house is not only decorated with great taste, but it is also very clean. We immediately felt good there, like at home. The setting is relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Several activities are offered, which allows you to vary the pleasures while enjoying the calmness of nature. Tastefully furnished studio, in a small intimate corner, very flowery. Fresh flowers in the living room and bedroom on arrival, tea, coffee, milk and all essentials already stocked, all amenities well documented, and parking space in front of the door. The place is quiet and close to historic Dinan city. To recommend.

Beautiful traditional farmhouse in a very peaceful and private setting surrounded by meadow and woods. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation. Will suit groups and larger families, especially if renting all 3 units on site.

Great stay in a cocoon of happiness Everything was perfect from the arrival check-in to the departure checkout. We exchanged numbers so we could communicate if needed. Our hosts were just great, easy to communicate with, simple and caring people. A little extra for this stay, accessibility in terms of access for a wheelchair. A ramp to the terrace has been installed. The bathroom and living spaces are very large for moving around which made my stay very pleasant. Small plus number 2: the bedding is really excellent, the sheets smelled good and the large bay window overlooking the garden is really soothing. Small plus number 3 and honestly I could go on, the wood stove adds a little extra touch as well as the winter veranda where I would have stayed to write for example. Very quiet and very well-equipped apartment, in a quiet area but close to downtown. Recommended.

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

Being a former Binicaise, I really enjoyed the location and private parking.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back
