We found this apartment to be really nice and cozy, and exceptionally clean. It was thoughtfully stocked and we loved the simplicity of the space. We found it a very convenient location for forays into Montreal via the metro. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If I had to put a rating out of 20 in Elimane, I will give him 23/20 first for his accommodation which met our expectations: clean with all the necessities and above all very well located: 5 min from the metro that takes you to all the beautiful places of Montreal to discover. But also and above all a 23/20 in Elimane for his kindness his responsiveness to our questions and the always very cordial exchanges that we could have despite my multiple questions . Thank you Elimane We'll be back at your place the next time we visit .

Good location, central to everything. Parking was easy and spots were big. The place looked like the pictures.

I had an awesome stay at Kevin's place. It's in a great location, right downtown and close to many shops and restaurants. The suite itself is clean, comfortable, and quiet. I had my privacy and felt safe (the building is secure.) I'd definitely stay here again!

Very nice accommodation. Good choice of location and fairly close to the Metro. I especially liked the easy access to the walking and bike paths along the water!

If it was possible to give a 6/5 rating we would have done it. Everything was PERFECT. The apartment is extremely well located in Rue Saint Denis, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars and transport. Everything is clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated, it feels like home. And what to say about Sandie... it's been a long time since we've seen such a kind, smiling, committed and flexible host. From our arrival, she takes the time to show us the neighborhood and give us all the possible recommendations to ensure a good stay. And what about the common spaces available? It's great. A terrace that we can all use, a common room where we can wait before or after leaving the accommodation safely. We recommend all Sandie apartments without any reservations. Thank you again Sandie for this very good time we spent at your place. We will remember it and we will come back.

This cute modern apartment is centrally located in a walkable area. Lots of food options, bars, and convenience stores in the area. My friends and I stayed here for two nights while exploring Montreal and this was the perfect place to stay. The apartment has a lovely balcony accessible from the bedroom and we also appreciated the cozy living room with a sofa bed and TV. The beds were comfy and the curtains in the living room are black out so sleeping on the sofa bed was still a comfortable experience. The only thing is that I wish the hosts could have been a little clearer about the apartment number and wifi password as my friends and I had a little bit of difficulty in finding both. However, both hosts are very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again. The perfect little place for any stay in Montreal!

Great location. Close to everything you need. everything was great about the space. I can see if you are a light sleeper, the bustling pub the patio overlooks would be an issue with sounds for some people.

One of the honest airbnb I stayed. Everything was perfect for me. I read couple of comments the the neighborhood is a bit sketchy but you are in the city near down town and I assume this is normal to any major city. ❤️ However I felt secure and safe at home inside the building. I enjoyed the roof top terrace 😊

This was a great spot to get away for a weekend. It was in downtown and easy to get around with plenty of close by options to eat or grab something quick. Parking is just a block down and for the city very economical. The apartment was super clean with sunny city view. Security of the building was great considering the downtown location. I would definitely stay again.

great place to stay at, the only problems I faced was to find street parking. also, the air conditioning in the hall did not reach the rooms.. so the rooms used to get very hot during the night. it would be good to have some room cooling especially in the room in front of the main door.

My stay in Montreal was great and a big part of that was because of idris and his beautiful home. He was a fantastic host. Very helpful, very responsive and a great person all around. This place is a 10 out of 10 and so is the host.

This place was everything advertised and more. The house was clean and stacked with amenities. We felt absolutely at home. This is not your typical rental house. Harry has fitted the place with high end appliances and quality furniture. The thing I appreciated the most was that the entire house has live plants inside and out. You feel like you’re a houseguest in a very cozy welcoming environment. I would recommend Harry’s place and would stay there myself if I’m back in Montreal. Cheers!

A very quite place and really flexible where most of places are nearby. Also the host was extremely friendly and helpful. Hand down the best place I had been to. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great. The place is very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Nice yard for the kids to place. The host was extremely nice checking in on us and gave recommendations for local grocery store. We would return in a heart beat. Definitely recommend.

Gregory and Madeline were fantastic hosts. We had no issues communicating with them and they were eager to answer any questions or concerns that we have had. Response times were kept to a minimum. Their home was very clean on arrival, they provided all the essentials that you would need, kitchen was well stocked, their home looks exactly like the pictures in the listing. There is a metro station in the area and their home is only a short ride to the downtown area which was very convenient. If our group were to return to Montreal, we would definitely consider their place again!
