We stayed one night at the rental, which is in a very good location. The place was spotless, and the check-in instructions were very clear. We recommend it!

We came (my mother, my 2-year-old daughter and myself) to spend a few days in La Rochelle in Fabrice and Catherine's home. Everything went extremely well. They were very welcoming and available, left us plenty of recommendations nearby. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated and very clean. It's a flawless one for us! The big plus for our 2 year old daughter: umbrella bed with mattress, high chair and children's games!! Thank you 🤩

Great stay in this corner of the Charentes that we didn't know. The accommodation is bright, well-equipped, quiet in this gated community. Reserved parking space. Sophie is very welcoming and has good tips. The center of the village 1km walk away, lots of places to discover within a radius of + or - 50km. We recommend this listing that has everything vacationers can ask for.

Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

Super nice, tasteful apartment where you immediately feel comfortable. A special kind of loft - but a bit challenging for people over 1.90 in height because of the partially low ceiling height. Nevertheless: Highly recommended, as it is also excellently equipped!

Listing as described, Johnny and Mélissa really thought of everything to allow you to spend a week or a relaxing stay with comfort. Comfortable bed, with the Spa that adds a complement to the accommodation. In a quiet and well-located area, close to all shops and tourist places. We would highly recommend for a couple! It’s a fantastic location in a beautiful part of La Rochelle, a few minutes walk to the Port, shops, restaurants etc. The apartment was very well equipped with lovely views from the terrace including the use of the jacuzzi which was an added bonus. For young toddlers and people with mobility issues the stairs would be challenging. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Very nice hosting by Frédéric. We stayed there on a long weekend with our baby, the studio space was quite sufficient. The common courtyard is lovely. Perfect location, with views of the port, shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity (without the associated noise pollution). Frédéric was very available for any questions. I recommend it.
