From booking to checkout, Marie was accommodating and really nice in our exchanges. She was also a very good source of information for things to do and see in the area. The apartment is very clean, well-appointed and located in a particularly pleasant corner of the village of Mornac-sur-Seudre. We can only recommend a stay at Marie's apartment.

It is a small apartment, with very well equipped kitchen. Everything was as described. Don't forget to bring bed linen and towels. We enjoyed the time there. Thanks Morgane

We had a lovely weekend in this apartment, the view of the seaside from the apartment is better than what you see in the photos! The place had a lot of equipment, which allowed us to lighten our luggage, it's nice. Good communication with the owners. Recommended!

The apartment is in an old house that has a lot of charm and it is very nicely decorated. It also has the advantage of offering ocean views from all its windows. The bikes available are very convenient for walking and visiting Soulac. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable for the duration of our stay.

We were lucky enough to have great weather. Alizée's welcome, very friendly and pleasant. Only problem, maybe complete the address in the listing mentioning the ODALYS residence and the property number. Otherwise we had a great stay on this island where the locals are all charming and quick to tell us the right places.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very nice and tastefully decorated house in a quiet area. It feels like home. Everything is there for a great stay by the sea, the amenities are of very, very good quality. I highly recommend it.

Need we say more about the villa that Marie offers? You can come without a second thought. Everything is spotless. I'm looking for a flaw to reproach him but I couldn't find anything:-) We will return to the island of Oléron, and it will be at Marie's. Thank you Marie for everything

Isabelle was extremely welcoming, available and accommodating upon arrival. The accommodation is ideally located in a peaceful setting and at the same time close to amenities. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. There was even enough to make a hearty breakfast, a charming touch. Isabelle took the time to explain the walks, restaurants, and must-sees of this beautiful island. We highly recommend this very nice host. We'll be happy to go back

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We would recommend it.

we spent 3 weeks in a very pleasant environment. free parking at the bottom of the residence: it is very very rare in Rochefort. We'll probably be back next year.
