Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Épain

The accommodation is easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. We were able to park our car in the indoor parking space, secured by a gate, and use the buses that pass right next door – very frequent and leading directly to the city center. This is a large one bedroom, very clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The facilities are recent and the accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV… everything is there for a comfortable stay. The French door gives access to a private garden, where we were able to enjoy good times with the family around the garden furniture. We stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. The sofa bed allowed us to have extra beds without any worries. Finally, Florence's responsiveness, before, during and after the stay, greatly facilitated our trip. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend this listing!

A real favorite for this apartment! Everything is perfectly thought out: the layout is impeccable, the decoration is sublime and the interior design really warm. The bedding is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and the spa bath, a real little slice of heaven for relaxing. The equipment is complete and of high quality, nothing is missing! The location is ideal, within walking distance of the city center and close to all amenities. A place to recommend without a second thought!

I had a short but excellent stay at Florence's, the accommodation is full of charm, remarkably renovated, functional and well-equipped; I was also able to enjoy the outdoors and especially the terrace. No complaints. This accommodation located in the outskirts of Tours is also ideally located for those who cycle the Loire (the banks of the Cher being less than 1 km away).

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

We are delighted with our stay in Savonnières. Chrystèle was responsive to our questions, and always kind and accommodating. The accommodation is in a great location, shops nearby, the Cher just opposite, a garden at the back is nice. We hope to be able to rent this accommodation again on our next visit to this town. The Guimapé cottage is a fabulous place, lovingly restored by Robert. Its large enclosed courtyard, its lush garden makes it a peaceful haven. Near Chinon, there is plenty to see in this beautiful part of France (Loire, castles, cellars, equestrian centers, etc.) Robert is a very welcoming and friendly host, a nice meeting and nice discoveries!

Great place at the top of a small hill, quiet secluded with a view to the forest. It's exotic when you come from the city but with all the comforts you need. The host provides many things for quality hospitality. I would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful and very pleasant to live in for a large group, everything is well equipped and functional. We were even able to enjoy the large garden in peace and sun, a real pleasure!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with all the amenities. It is close to essential services: bakeries, supermarkets etc (and also a center to recharge the car). The outdoor parking is very spacious and sheltered from the rain. Thierry was very welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The location is very convenient for visiting the surrounding castles.

We were 2 couples + 1 child aged 7. Had a lovely weekend at Anna and Joy's house. We enjoyed the outdoors, the basketball hoop, the ping pong table and even the pool! It has everything you need in the house. We'll be back if we're in the area again.

Compliant accommodation, very nice accommodation, quiet, with private garden/courtyard. The setting is very nice. The hot tub is really a big plus , it's big and the cave room where it is is very charming, with a super cute and very enjoyable shower system. The host is very nice, I recommend this listing 100% .
