Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Épain

The accommodation is easily accessible, whether by car or public transport. We were able to park our car in the indoor parking space, secured by a gate, and use the buses that pass right next door – very frequent and leading directly to the city center. This is a large one bedroom, very clean, with a beautiful bathroom. The facilities are recent and the accommodation is very well equipped: functional kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV… everything is there for a comfortable stay. The French door gives access to a private garden, where we were able to enjoy good times with the family around the garden furniture. We stayed for a week with our two teenage daughters. The sofa bed allowed us to have extra beds without any worries. Finally, Florence's responsiveness, before, during and after the stay, greatly facilitated our trip. We sincerely thank her and highly recommend this listing!

A real favorite for this apartment! Everything is perfectly thought out: the layout is impeccable, the decoration is sublime and the interior design really warm. The bedding is very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the private courtyard and the spa bath, a real little slice of heaven for relaxing. The equipment is complete and of high quality, nothing is missing! The location is ideal, within walking distance of the city center and close to all amenities. A place to recommend without a second thought!

Beautiful and peaceful stay in the center of Tours. The space was clean, large and filled with all the amenities you could dream of after a long day out exploring. Extremely walkable and providing parking was an extra perk. Really enjoyed our time here after spending the day visiting chateaus.

We are delighted with our stay in Savonnières. Chrystèle was responsive to our questions, and always kind and accommodating. The accommodation is in a great location, shops nearby, the Cher just opposite, a garden at the back is nice. We hope to be able to rent this accommodation again on our next visit to this town. Very nice stay in Sandra's house. Kind host and thoughtful welcome with lemonade and cupcakes. The accommodation offers several pleasant spaces inside and outside. Upstairs sleeping area for a family with teenagers and smaller ones (all ages games, books, dvd). Well-located house (close to Beauval Zoo and Chanonceaux Castle).

The Guimapé cottage is a fabulous place, lovingly restored by Robert. Its large enclosed courtyard, its lush garden makes it a peaceful haven. Near Chinon, there is plenty to see in this beautiful part of France (Loire, castles, cellars, equestrian centers, etc.) Robert is a very welcoming and friendly host, a nice meeting and nice discoveries!

Great long weekend at Béatrice's. The house is well-equipped and the garden is very nice and appreciated by the children. Beatrice provides a personalized binder of things to do in the area, it's great! Very responsive host, a large peaceful garden where children can run freely. The location of the house makes it easy to go to Beauval Zoo, Loches Castle and even those that are a little further away. I recommend it!

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. It is equipped with all the amenities. It is close to essential services: bakeries, supermarkets etc (and also a center to recharge the car). The outdoor parking is very spacious and sheltered from the rain. Thierry was very welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The location is very convenient for visiting the surrounding castles.

We're back from a 4-day weekend at Liesbeth's. Beyond the area which is beautiful and the incredible weather, we had a great time in the house and its grounds. Everything was perfect, the pool, the barbecue and the outdoors. Liesbeth was perfect in her communication with us and Hervé gave us a very nice welcome and was considerate. Thank you for everything.

Les Limornières is a gem, in the French campaign away from the hustle and bustle. There are almost no cars passing in the street and you have a nice view of the fields. We greatly enjoyed our summer vacation with the family. The beautiful swimming pool and the many play facilities for young children is a convenience for the parents. Vincent & Sandrine are very sweet people and made our stay extra pleasant.

We had a lovely stay at Marie Agnès's. The accommodation was well arranged, well-equipped and had a very nice terrace and garden. We were able to arrive independently which is very pleasant. The setting is so beautiful and natural, super relaxing. There were 8 of us and it was very nice which allowed us to be very comfortable. Maybe 10 in rainy weather, the living room would be a little tight. The children loved the dormitory because it was spacious and full of games and books. Thanks a lot for this stay, we'll be back.
