Villa vacation rentals in Saint David

We stayed at Kim's home during Spicemas and the entire experience was an absolute pleasure. Kim is a VERY responsive host and was also quite helpful during our stay. We had airport pick up arranged and she graciously worked with our various travel schedules. The home is absolutely beautiful! The decor, the pool, the amazing views -- everything about this home has been well thought out. It is very spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had all the basic necessities. There is a laundry room as well as a guest bathroom inside the home and another bathroom in the pool area. The house is situated at the top of a hill however our driver did not have difficulty driving up. Our stay was quite enjoyable and we definitely plan to return/rebook .

Spice Mas 2024 started off with a few hiccups but Kim and her beautiful residence made it all better. The home was very well kept, up to date and functional, the house book detailed everything you would think to ask and communication with Kim was spectacular!!! I will definitely be booking thru Kim again; I would love to see her other location. If you’re looking for a secluded paradise home with an awesome hostess; look no further KIM IS TOP NOTCH!!!

We had a wonderful vacation here. Christine was very responsive and helpful. We particularly loved the views and breezes. The home was fantastic, very accommodating for our family of 5 (3 teenagers), and accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, etc. If we return to Grenada someday, we would definitely stay here!

Hannah was an amazing host! We were a group of 7 planning a surprise birthday trip and we arranged everything ahead of our arrival based on her recommendations. Execution was seamless and we loved every bit of our visit! Every experience was on point! The suppliers she works with are incredible! Especially Sheldon and his team from Royalty Tours. The trip would not have been the same without their fantastic service! Don't even get me started on food, from Chef X to the ladies at the villa making breakfast each morning... we were spoiled with delectable meals time and time again. This has been one of our most memorable trips yet, and we will be sure to carry these memories (and standards lol) with us for many more trips to come. Thanks again Hannah, Sheldon, and all the staff both in front and behind the scenes that made this vacation so memorable. We highly recommend that any group or family traveling to Grenada book with Villa Solitaire for a trip of a lifetime!

Villa Adina was a beautiful, serene retreat from the busyness of everyday life. During our stay, the host was very responsive to house needs and gave great recommendations for things to do in Grenada. It is such a private and peaceful location. The location was ~20 minute drive from the main grocery store and Grand Anse Beach. The views from the pool were breath taking. The kitchen was also better stocked with pans, utensils, plates, drinkware, silverware, etc than most rentals we have stayed in. There is only air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, but we were able to get a decent cross breeze with fans and by keeping the two large doors open in the main living area while we were 'home.' We were very grateful we chose Villa Adina for our stay in Grenada and would happily stay there again.

Claire’s accommodation turned out to be way better than expected. Truly exceptional! The view + home itself was breathtaking. Not to mention Shawne, the house manager was always readily available to assist with any questions/concerns. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you thank you thank you for a seamless stay during the busiest time in Grenada- CARNIVAL!! Your home truly made our experience (group of 8) perfect.

This five bedroom villa up in the hills ended up being the perfect home base for our particular team. We were in town for a film festival, so our focus wasn't on proximity to beaches; we needed a comfortable place to call home between engagements. The kitchen/dining room/living room area was large enough to accommodate all six of us comfortably, and in the mornings and evenings, we made great use of the area around the pool. The pool also provided some welcome respite from the midday heat! If you're looking for a beachfront property or want to be in the thick of things, this probably isn't the place for you, but if you'd like a quiet retreat where you can relax and enjoy the company of family and friends, this is a great option. I'm not sure I would have been able to find the house on my own, but Keron the house manager met me in his car and led the way the first time and couldn't have been kinder. When I return to Grenada with a group, I'll be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Louisa (the cleaner) was friendly, helpful and kind. The only thing that would have perfected our stay would have been if the communal kitchen/ dining/ living room area had AC, then we would have spent more time together hanging out and enjoying that wonderful space (there is a ceiling fan and a fan on kitchen counter - but we visited peak season July over 30c everyday) so for us the fans were not enough. So we would retreat to our rooms for AC. Thank you for sharing your home with us allowing our family to make beautiful memories ❤️

I will try to fully describe the absolutely fabulous time I had staying at Cornelious villa “a taste of paradise” ( Aptly named by the way)! From the communication before hand and throughout my stay including being on hand immediately when I locked myself out, to the cleanliness of the villa, the security ( extremely important as a solo traveller) to the gorgeous views that were to die for and the two balconies/ terraces to enjoy the views, the proximity to the Resturant next door at Le Phare Blue for lazy days ( after all you are on holiday), I could go on and on but let’s just say Cornelious place is lovely to wind down , relax with every amenity/appliances to make your stay comfortable. And of course a great base to enjoy Grenada from but a car is recommended to enjoy this location fully. Great place a d excellent host. It will be difficult to stay anywhere else now that I have been spoilt with this Villa!
