House vacation rentals in Saint-Chaffrey

Had an amazing stay with my family! We were kindly received by a friendly woman. The house was very big and very well-equipped (kitchen aid, fondue pans etc.). There is plenty of space for 15 people. Every room has it’s own bathroom with shower and toilet. There was a cozy sauna (not shown on pictures) for 2-3 people, and a sunny terrace. You can walk within 5-10 minutes to the telecabin: perfect for skiing.

We had a great stay at Denis’ and Véro’s. They greeted us very warmly, checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed but were not at all invasive. The house was very comfortable and well-equipped; we also really appreciated all the games (indoor and outdoor) and books for kids. There are nice walking paths leaving on foot from the house and tons of great outdoor activities in the area. We highly recommend their rental and hope to return next year.

This chalet was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 babies. It was well equipped and was very cosy with the pellet stove. Venosc is a beautiful quaint village just a short gondola ride away from the great skiing at Les Deux Alpes. Would recommend for families and groups. Melanie had great recommendations and was very friendly and helpful when we arrived.

Our stay was very pleasant in this beautiful house. Large living spaces allow young and old alike to enjoy. The 3 bathrooms are very nice and were appreciated. The house is bright and very well-equipped. You can find everything you need to cook good food. The house is well located because the village and its surroundings offer many activities. The apartment is perfect. Plenty of space in the dining room to be quiet and with a kitchen ideal for cooking. You have beautiful views and we have been very comfortable. We were 6 and the space was ideal.

We are a group of 10 cyclists. We had an awesome stay in Briancon at Kate's place. Being situated in the old town is a fantastic location and the facilities in the house suited us very well. Everyone loved the house. Its old but full of character. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to the Alps. Thanks Kate.

Wonderful family vacation. Everything was perfect: the interior of the cottage, the outdoors, the calm, the proximity to the village and the slopes…

We had such a pleasant stay. Really enjoyed sitting out back. It’s a little far from town, if you don’t have a car. We found that if you walk down to the main road and then cross the street at the light right past the car dealership. There is a little path along the river that takes you right to the Intermarché. Would come back if ever in Gap again!

A delicious weekend in royal calm. The accommodation is impeccable, refined and very well arranged and close to all the hikes you could dream of. The Pont du Fossé market on Friday mornings allows you to stock up before enjoying the trails. Nicole is a perfect, attentive host who did everything to ensure a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this accommodation to lovers of greenery and hiking (being only 30 minutes from Gap, which leaves endless opportunities).

Perfect mix between old and modern charm, this house is fully equipped, nothing missing. It feels like home. It allows a quiet stay in the beautiful Queyras massif, close to village amenities, hiking departures, ski resort... With the opportunity to rest by the fire after a busy day. We had an amazing stay at Gayle's!! The house is superb, with a lot of space which is good when you are a group of 8 people. The area is super quiet which is all the more pleasant. We are a 10-minute walk from the gondola (2 minutes by car) and we could leave all the ski equipment at the rental store so it was perfect. The only downside we could have is the fact that there is no washing machine but it is specified in the listing so no surprises!! We had a great week. The accommodation is close to the ski lifts and we were able to leave the car parked all week. Very well equipped and with 2 separate bedrooms. Very quiet environment with a beautiful natural setting. The log heating in the stove upon arrival puts us directly in the mood. Thanks so much, we'll be back. Mathieu

The apartment is in the historic center of the town of Chiomonte, a typically more beautiful mountain village than I expected. The house is clean, tidy, and the description on the site is accurate. Quiet and with a nice view of the garden. Good base for excursions in the area. The hosts are extraordinarily responsive and helpful. Exquisite kindness and rare cordiality. They also gave us a bottle of local wine that we'll break off soon. Small tip for access: swipe on the first photo of the door to see the next ones. You still have clear access instructions. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Recommended.
