Extraordinary, beautiful apartment! We were pleasantly impressed as Marie Jenna takes care of guests and provides everything you need to the smallest detail. The place looks much better than in the photos! We were thrilled! Very comfortable and functional kitchen with a full set of dishes, kitchen appliances, a supply of food (rice, pasta, oil, tea, coffee, cookies, jams, honey, sauces). 2 bottles of great wine were a pleasant surprise, thank you. Very comfortable attic bedroom, delicate bedding, good mattress and pillows, so we slept like in paradise! The lighting is thoughtfully designed to create both coziness and good visibility. Absolutely silent air conditioning, and this is not often in the apartments for rent. There are huge wardrobes. There is a separate desk, which was important to us. The incredible view of the sea from the balcony complemented our delight! We have traveled a lot around the world for the last 10 years and I can confidently say that Marie Jenna is not just a superhost, it's a sample, the host's reference! Cool apartment, cool location and mega cool hostess!

Max’s place was perfect for our needs. Fantastic location in St Jean beach with a phenomenal view! Everything was walkable! Perfect set up for family with kids or two couples. Max was very friendly and helpful proving great local recommendations. We would definitely return!

This property is everything and more. Perfect location, attention to detail, amazing (helpful) staff, so clean. We were in SBH for work and this spot was THE spot. Whether you’re looking for a “base” or a sweet little home away from home, look no further.

Sacha was great and always was willing to go out of her way to help. Location is very far from anything and finding a taxi to pick you up can be a major pain and could be a multi hour task. Other than that everything is perfect

MAGNIFIQUE!! This is the second time I’ve stayed at Stephanie’s beautiful place… and I honestly wish I could move in and stay forever. Not only does it look even BETTER than the amazing photos, but Stephanie is the most gracious, helpful and responsive hostess ever. She’s ALWAYS available for questions big and small… and has literally thought of EVERYTHING a guest could want or need. If I could give Casa Bougainvilliers 10 stars, I would!

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre’s Airbnb. The room and bathroom were spotless and tastefully decorated, creating a comfortable atmosphere . The property boasts breathtaking views over the lagoon, best enjoyed from the pool and sunbathing area— which are even more beautiful than in the photos. The rental is connected to the main house, so we could occasionally hear conversations from the next room, but this was minimal and didn’t bother us, especially since we were out exploring most of the time. Pierre and his family were wonderful hosts — warm, welcoming, and always respectful of our privacy. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return!

I cannot say enough about my stay. Florence was so gracious to assist us from the time we landed at the airport until the time we departed. The space exceeded our expectations and was more gorgeous than we imagined. We were fully stocked with everything from basic necessities (from tissue to mosquito spray). It is clear that we was very thoughtful in planning our stay. The location is ideal and even allowed for us to walk to the main hub of Gustavia (a bit of exercise of course🙂). I would certainly stay again if given the opportunity.

The pool ,sun beds and situation were perfect ,our only suggestion would be to the cooking area ,otherwise we were extremely comfortable with good air con and comfy bed . Thank you Viviiene !

I enjoyed my stay here, Bruno was so awesome with answering my questions and keeping me informed.

Julien arranged for someone to greet us on location to show us around the apartment and answer our questions. He also responded to our enquiries within minutes after initial arrival. The apartment was clean, very well appointed & designed - kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location near place des Flamands, and near Cheval Blanc where we celebrated our Easter brunch. We would love to return next season.

Jean Bernard is the consummate host! He was extremely hospitable and very quick to reply, and he was so friendly! We absolutely loved staying at his gorgeous house on the beach. It was the ideal place for our family reunion of sorts. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make meals if you want to. We lived going to the bakery up the hill and also thought the local pizza place and Vietnamese place were both great! All within walking distance though we drove to the bakery. The house is 5 minutes drive from Gustavia and has 2 parking spots if needed. Definitely rent a car for SBH. This house was gorgeous and the view of the sea from the deck is just breathtaking. We loved sitting on the deck and we used the hottub a little. We would definitely stay here again because Corossol is a gorgeous little beach that isn't crowded. Thank you JB!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!

The best part about this location was the restaurant below at indigo beach. Restaurant was very, very good, and they have a beautiful beach Bay right there. Where you can get two chairs in an umbrella for twenty five bucks for the day and have drink and food service. The views were very nice just as described. Renting a car is easy.I recommend Hardy car rental. It was $200 for the week. They meet you coming and going at the airport. It was very simple. Car was not great, but the roads here are terrible. You wouldn't really want to drive a nice car anyway.

Review of The Hills – St. Maarten Staying at The Hills was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the rooftop pool, which became my go-to spot for relaxing. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything I needed, plus the location was close to the best restaurants and beaches in Simpson Bay. With gated access and 24/7 security, I felt super safe throughout my stay. The only thing missing was a gym, but I was told one is in the works—which is great news for future visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated experience in St. Maarten, The Hills is a solid place.
