Although the contact was never direct, Sylvain was a thoughtful, responsive and anxious host to welcome us in the best possible way. The apartment, despite its modest proportions, offers all the comfort you can expect. Its ideal location also allows access by foot to everything that, in the historic Rochefort, is worth a visit, from its famous arsenal to the old port, from its Marine Museum to its unspoiled fortifications, from its buccaneer cafes to its antique bookshops.

The house was really perfect. Very comfortable and complete. Located 5 min walk from the sea. Close to town. 5 min by bike. We loved the garden as well. Big and lots of trees with a nice hottub and jeux de boules area. We love to come back next year!

Marion and her mother tastefully renovated a very beautiful house. Great bedding, you won't find a bit of dust. The unit is very well equipped and decorated. The environment is quiet. The hot tub is lovely. Occasionally we'll be back.

I rented the place for employees who were on site in TONNAY. They were close to the construction site so it was great for them. The space is impeccable. We will be back and we recommend it.

Wonderful stay at Antoine's. The house is superb, at least as much as in the photos, quiet behind the harbor in a cul-de-sac, while being a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. The courtyard / terrace is a real plus, spacious, pleasant and well vegetated, as well as the winery to store things and leave more places in the house. Comfortable bedding, super well-equipped kitchen, everything is there! Lots of things to do in the Côtinière or not far away, you don't get bored, with or without children. Antoine was very responsive to the info, and so was Laurent who welcomed us. In short, great value for money!

short stay in the Charentes with small children during the school holidays, everything was perfect and within walking distance, I recommend it. We'll be there again. Best regards, Jocelyne

The apartment is in a very good location right in front of the beach and very close to the port and the city center. You can walk everywhere. It is spacious, very well arranged and equipped. Perfect for 6 people without being on top of each other. The views from all the rooms are breathtaking from morning to night. Really a nice place.

small, clean space in a shaded park in the heart of the pine trees. Easy access to water activities. Heart of village quite close on foot
