All aspects of the house are outstanding except two minor ones. The kitchen is a shared one, so only very simple cooking can be done. And the host might have underestimated the size of our children and specially prepared thinner pillows for them. As a result, the sleep of the adults was affected because the children insisted to have the standard ones. Overall, the house is perfect especially the space and facilities in the sharing area.

The loft is divided into two separate spaces, each of which can accommodate about four people, the space is spacious, and self check-in is also very easy.Two of the points need to be improved, one is because the room floor is high, the heating effect of the air conditioner heater is average, another point is that the kitchen space is located in LOFT1, if you need to eat from the outside to LOFT1, the rest of the experience is great!

It was really a very comfortable place to stay while traveling with a lot of people. It was not far from Hakata Station, so the accessibility was good, and there were local famous ramen restaurants and bars on the first floor, so it was the best. And there is also a convenience store 30 seconds away! I definitely intend to visit again!!

Overall, it was nice that it was clean and the feedback from the landlord was quick. It's a dense area of an apartment complex, so it's a pity that it's a little far from where you play, but it was nice to be close to Nakasu. I recommend it.

Quite convenient in terms of location, and affordable as well. The toilet and the bath/shower are separate too which is nice.

Mio was really very friendly, kept in close contact with me on the day of check in, waited for me at the station, took me to the place to stay and detailed all the amenities, the room was small and beautiful, the amenities were perfect, very clean, and had a faint scent, the station was just opposite and very convenient.
