Delightful accommodation with big south-facing windows letting in lots of light. Bigger than expected and very peaceful and quiet, being somewhat removed from traffic inside a gated community of sorts. You could hear birds chirping and wind rustling leaves. The kitchen was really well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. Nice green view.

We enjoyed our stay over Christmas, it was a peaceful oasis (except for the firework festivities!) Everything was as pictured and the staff was very accommodating. We especially appreciated the ability to check in early. The resident cat, Nazareo, was a bonus!

Excellent accommodation, comfortable, and pleasant. Better than in the photographs, everything clean, the very kind and attentive host, he welcomed us with some snacks of cold water, ice, coffee and everything necessary related to personal hygiene. We will definitely be back, the accommodation is in a beautiful residential with spectacular views of the volcanoes.

The place was easy to find. Close , walkable and safe, transportation was available if did not want to walk. Bed and linen, clean and very comfortable, made me feel at home, place is perfect for two. thank you for your wonderful hospitality, I shall see you again.

Gorgeous house and plenty of room for three couples. Amazing rooftop deck and back patio. We could walk everywhere and great restaurants nearby. Washer and dryer which is a rarity in Guatemala. Would definitely stay again!

The house of Walter is a spacious house where you will feel like at home. So many bedrooms with privat bathroom, big and fully equipped kitchen and a stunning terace, where you can enjoy your stay and hang around with your friends and family, enjoying the views of volcanos surrounding Antigua. Worth every penny. Also Walter and his friends are so helpful and we cant forget the mantainance guy - who showed us around and explain us everything! Ohhh i almost forgot - the location - its hard to find a peacful place in Antigua- but you wont belive this house is on very beautiful and peaceful location, on a wakable distance to the center- nice walk, we felt safe and we enjoyed the walking around Antigua. Its located just bellow the mirador de la cruz - so its a nice morning walk to the stunning views of antigua! All in all 10/10! Totally recommended!! Thank you guys for this experience!

I like this place very spacious and close to the center of the city

Our stay was fantastic! The location is peaceful, and we especially appreciated the beautiful surroundings of the condominium, which offer plenty of space to relax outdoors. Getting to the center of Antigua takes just a few minutes, though you do need to cross a busy road. The accommodation itself was clean and tastefully furnished, with the added bonus of a good supply of drinking water. The only minor downside was the absence of a kettle and coffee filters for the coffee maker, but that was just a small detail. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!
