House vacation rentals in Sabaneta

I think I hit the jackpot booking this property! I will preface this by saying this isn't my first or 10th time in Medellin and have business in the country/city. Usually when I travel I bring friends and tend to spend it in Poblado, but was adamant about branching out of that area as I know there is more to offer than just Poblado. - El Poblado is about a 20-30 minute drive from El Poblado depending on location, traffic and weather. As I know the area, I came in knowing that was fine for me. Plan accordingly if you dont have a vehicle or a private driver. - The property did not have physical A/C units. However, it is in the mountains. It is naturally cooler in the mountains. Culturally, I needed a fan and got one upon request. I was beyond good. - Their team was VERY receptive to all requests via chat. They worked w/ my team and staff and their collaboration was phenomenal! - I will definitely recommend and stay here again. - P.S. The pool is indoors and heated, like the Jacuzzi!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It was much larger than expected. Amazing location. It was absolutely perfect. With that being said our house hosts were amazing. This is the place you should book.

The house was as advertised. Great rooms. Daniel, the live-in concierge, cannot say enough good things about the man. Doña came and cleaned the living areas everyday, like we never even checked in. Felt save the entire stay. Daniel provided everything we asked and even provided things we did not know we needed. Beverages, snacks available in the house, so leaving the house was not even necessary. If you want a quiet, relaxing and safe stay this is your place.

Good location. Great for a group trip. Room sizes are pretty equal. Basically a small hotel that you will get your own private area. I would come back to stay here with this size group

Thank you ,Jhon,Laura and mom we felt like we were home. 200% recommend I will come back every time I go to Medellín! House super clean, nice pool and jacuzzi, the view is beautiful and also I have to mention the delicious food! The place is completely and you feel like your are part of the family is not only an Airbnb it is your home! It is a little piece of heaven on the earth.

The location is very walkable and there are tons of amazing food options near by. We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit & the hosts were quite responsive. Only thing to watch out for is the area is quite busy/loud at night, but other than that definitely recommend :)

The host is a 10/10. From day 1 it was pending. The location is very central and you feel very comfortable. It's a quiet place and there's very good commerce. Inside the apt everything in perfect condition. If I could give better communication I would give it. Thank you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an Airbnb in Medellín for a week, and it exceeded all my expectations. The property looked even more stunning in person, with beautifully appointed spaces that made us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlight was the house manager, Lucy. She was the heart of our experience, going above and beyond to ensure we were well-fed and comfortable throughout our visit. Lucy kept the house immaculate and was a constant source of warmth and kindness, treating my family and me like one of her own. Her nurturing spirit made our stay truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, particularly with Lucy there to make your experience unforgettable!

The place is great for a group of friends to have a great time in colombia. Will def rent again if its available when i go next time

The place was great! Coffee shop out front makes life easy in the mornings. The best part about this place is Carmen the owner of the shop out front, she is the most outstanding person we met! Cooked us a Colombian meal and took care of us like her own kids for the entire 2 weeks. Can’t express how thankful I am for all her help! 10 out of 10 stay.

In a tremendously quiet area, with cooperatives nearby, a 24hrs cafe a block away, super clean the street, the house is very large with plenty of room for many people. Everything was great, nice,m. If I return with the group to Colombia, surely I will rent this site again

Had a great stay at this air bnb, the place looks like the photos, has a great vibe about it, and is in a very central location. walking distance to everything. The only downsides, the hotwater doesn't last for very long and the water smells a bit, but i don't think that's an isolated problem with the air bnb, it's the whole area. 2 of the 3 beds have hard mattresses, and the surround sound speakers cut out from time to time. Apart from that the place is great. I'd stay again.

Host:Juliet is first of all a great person and also very professional host. Location: Excellent location only 200 m from main road. Very safe and peaceful. Only few neighbors and without interfere with privacy. Less than 10 min from grocery and restaurants. House: Kitchen is made to do the job. Fire place has excellent aspiration sistem and so no smoke in the house. Bathroom they do the job and water is hot. Queen mattress is comfortable. Excellent outdoor patio garden and little river next to house. Extra:Laundry machine and outdoor sink is a plus. Main gate and metal window protector gives a little touch of extra security. Melissa's place is really nice: we booked both the upstairs and the downstairs and then had an open-door policy with everyone. The area is more ideal for people looking to take advantage of the restaurants and nightlife rather than families. Melissa and her team were very responsive and accommodating.

I can’t say enough about Carlos aka Charlie. He’s super responsive and is truly there for ANYTHING that you need. He went above and beyond our entire stay. The apartment was exactly as it is in the listing. Location, location, location, the apartment is walking distance to everything in el poblado from Provenza to parque lleres, yet far enough to have a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the tours offered by Carlos and his company MedellinVip, very knowledgeable and passionate. All in all, this is the place to stay especially if it’s your first time visiting Medellin. A very peaceful place, the view is beautiful and relaxing. It is located in a closed unit and yet the lot is very private, very close to Retiro Park and many places in Eastern Antioquia. A good place to rest and connect with nature.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! The place is absolutely massive—feels like a private mansion—and was spotless and perfectly maintained when we arrived. The location is fantastic, with a supermarket, mall, and plenty of great restaurants all within walking distance. Carlos, the host, provided an extraordinary level of customer service. He stayed in constant communication throughout the trip and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. When we noticed one of the AC units wasn’t working upon check-in, he had it fixed right away. The entire staff, from housekeeping to security, were incredibly friendly and professional. Being in a gated community made us feel very safe and at ease the entire stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Medellín—especially if you’re traveling with a large group. I would absolutely stay here again!
