nice apartment in the villa district, close to the center

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There is plenty of outdoor space, nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, tranquility and a beautiful environment. My accommodation is good for couples and children, 2-4 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! Baby cot may be available, please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nesspresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Wifi can be used!

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity.
