The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

With meticulous attention to detail and a lot of passion, we built our Alpegg Chalets: six cozy chalets made from natural wood, ideal for hiking days, ski vacations, or relaxing wellness retreats. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is located in the middle of the recreational area of the city of Salzburg and is surrounded by several small lakes (including a free swimming lake). Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

Modern apartment right on the Lech. The apartment consists of a modern kitchen , a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, and an entrance area with a cloakroom. The apartment is set back in the courtyard/garden or on the Lech and completely on the 2nd floor.
