The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Apartment one step away from the Port Market
Art Deco style apartment in front of the Mercado del Puerto, duplex type, with private bathroom, balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tourist pedestrian Pérez Castellano. The room now has a double size bed. It was painted in January 2019 and the fourth floor was laminated. It has several amenities such as a living room, wifi, and a large library with classics of Uruguayan and Latin American literature.
