the iconic diner where you can sit beside cabbies and drunks at 4am to put something in you and try to head off that hangover before it starts. not really recommended if you are sober and discerning. (it's that sorta greasy spoon).

great place for a jog. if you're feeling ambitious you can take the stairs by casa loma, and loop back east in the ravine and it spits you out on poplar plains just a little east of the house.
