Because Montreal bagels!
Just three blocks down the street is Fairmount Bagels. It is open 24/7 - nothing beats fresh warm bagels and Liberty cream cheese. Usually we provide a fresh batch for our guests - but feel free to stop in for a midnight snack ;) One block in the other direction is St Viateur bagels - the Fairmount Bagel nemesis. A war is brewing in Montreal about which is better. They are both wonderful.
