It's almost a dive bar, but not quite as bad! It's a cheap and local watering hole that is easy to wander home from a night of libations. : )

Great coffee, fresh bread.. although a bit pricey. They have a nice outdoor patio to catch some sun when the weather is nice. Also, a quick 5 minute walk from our apartment.
