This unassuming cafe and bar provides high quality food and a welcoming environment. Dine in the restaurant portion for a traditional experience or order from the same menu in the bar area (called Twin Rivers Tap Room). Adam's offers several beer choices of their own brewing and a variety of northwest and beyond wines. Live music is often presented on Tuesday (open mic), Friday, and Saturday in the bar.

This is one of the most exceptional trails in the area! Interpretive signage helps visitors learn about the horrific rail disaster that took place at the ghost town of Wellington. Walk along this flat trail to see beautiful northwest forests reclaiming an area that was fully logged in the "day" and contributed to the fatal avalanche. View historic trail tunnels and remnants of snow sheds. Enter from any of three trailheads for a completely difference experience and sense of history.

This unique spot between Everett and Lake Stevens is a perfect and famous birding location. Arrive early morning to see the silhouette of birds against the rising sun. Go later in the day to see birds coming home to roost for the evening. This estuary in the Snohomish River provides a great opportunity to see waterfowl and shorebirds. Watch for herons swooping in to fish the mudflats when the tide is out. The park is located at a dead end road beyond the sewer treatment facility. DNR owns a portion of the Snohomish County park and allows hunting - please be mindful.
