If you like to have breakfast at home go to Loja da Amelia grocery shop (1 min from our house), they have amazing fresh bread, croissants, ham & cheese freshly sliced, fresh cheese "queijo fresco"... At the counter by the end of the shop they also have schnitzel, "empadas" (the chicken ones are delicious), "pastel de carne'' (this are meat pastries, they have them fried or baked in the oven), "pastel de frango" (Job's favourite) among others.

Foz do Lizandro is very popular for surf lessons, there are many cafes/ restaurants there, and there are much less rocks. If you would like to take a surf class you can just ask at the beach, there are several shops that offer. If you want private class for your family I can get you in touch with a good friend that gives very good classes.

Probably one of the best surf beaches of Portugal, for experienced surfers. Best use other beaches if you are still learning. World Championships location.
